H Ρένια Φαρδέλλα είναι απόφοιτος του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης (ΑΠΘ)από το 2006. Στη συνέχεια εργάστηκε στo Brighton στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία στο NHS και σε μεγάλη ιδιωτική οδοντιατρική πολυκλινική.

Μετεκπαιδεύτηκε στην Αισθητική Οδοντιατρική στον τομέα της προσθετικής Οδοντιατρικής στο Τufts Boston USA. Ανακυρήχθηκε επισκέπτης λέκτορας στο τμήμα της Προσθετικής και Αισθητικής Οδοντιατρικής του ίδιου πανεπιστημίου.

Δίδαξε στους προσπτυχιακούς φοιτητες και στη συνέχεια στους μεταπτυχιακούς φοιτητές του ίδιου τμήματος.

Διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στην Κατερίνη με αποκλειστική εξειδίκευση στην Αισθητική Οδοντιατρική και την Προσθετική επί εμφυτευμάτων και συνεργάζεται με εξειδικευμένους οδοντιάτρους στην Κατερίνη και Θεσσαλονίκη.
