Dalivigkas Ioannis MD, MSc, PhD is an Obstetric Surgeon Gynecologist and maintains his private practice in Moschato. He is a graduate of the Department of Biology and the Medical School of Athens at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He completed his specialty in General Surgery at the General Hospital of Mesolongi "Hatzikosta." He served for two years as a rural doctor at the Health Center of Amfiklia and the Regional Clinic of Brallos. He specialized in Gynecology at the General Anti-Cancer – Oncological Hospital of Athens "Agios Savvas," where he gained extensive experience in gynecological surgeries as well as in the management and treatment of all gynecological system disorders. He studied at the medical school of Newcastle University and subsequently obtained full specialist accreditation from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists following extensive training at the university hospitals of Imperial College London. He holds dual subspecialty qualifications, first in Feto-Maternal Medicine from King’s College London, where he also completed his doctoral thesis, and subsequently in Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery from the Imperial hospitals and Frimley Park Hospital. He has many years of clinical experience in NHS hospitals in the United Kingdom, where he performed over two thousand normal deliveries and cesarean sections, as well as hundreds of gynecological surgeries. In parallel with his private practice, he works in the ultrasound departments of Mitera and Leto Hospitals and is a scientific collaborator at the Athenian Clinic and Medisystem polyclinics of Interamerican.
