Στα πλαίσια της ειδικότητας εκπαιδεύτηκε ακόμη στη Γενική Χειρουργική στο Νοσοκομείο Θείας Πρόνοιας "Παμμακάριστος", στη Παιδο - Ωτορινολαρυγγολογία στο Νοσοκομείο Παίδων "Η Αγία Σοφία". Συνέχισε την εκπαίδευσή της στη Νευροχειρουργική στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών "Γ. Γεννηματάς" και στη Πλαστική Χειρουργική στο Ναυτικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών. Επιπρόσθετα στα πλαίσια του προπτυχιακού της, εκπαιδεύτηκε στη Παιδοχειρουργική στο αντίστοιχο Τμήμα του " Stadtisches Klinikum" της Καρλσρούης, στη Γερμανία. Αξίζει να αναφερθεί το διδακτικό έργο της Ιατρού στα Μαθήματα Φοιτητών της Ά Πανεπιστημιακής Ωτορινολαρυγγολογικής Κλινικής του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών "Ιπποκράτειο".

Είναι μέλος του Ιατρικού Συλλόγου Αθηνών, του Πανελλήνιου Ιατρικού Συλλόγου και της ΩΡΛ Εταιρείας Χειρουργικής Κεφαλής και Τραχήλου Αθηνών. Dr. Papagianni Eleni is an ENT Surgeon – Otolaryngologist, MD, MSc, maintaining private practices in Larissa and Athens (Kifisia). She graduated with honors from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) and holds a Master's degree in "Surgical Anatomy."
