As the founder and lead physician of a private practice, my goal is to provide comprehensive medical care that combines rigorous scientific evidence with a patient-centered approach.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. We offer personalized treatment plans that target the root of metabolic disorders, based on scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach.

Dr Katerina Bargiota is a fully qualified Paediatrician having completed her training in London, United Kingdom (Member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, Certificate of Completion of Training). She gained her clinical experience working in multiple London hospitals (North Central London Rotation) for 18 years. In addition to general paediatrics and neonatology, she specialised in Pediatric Gastroenterology, Food Allergy and Nutrition. She worked as a Consultant Paediatrician at the renown Great Ormond Street Hospital and University College London Hospital in London UK. Since 2023, she maintains a private practice in Mavili Square and does also home visits.

Prapa Athina is a Military Physician - Pulmonologist - Tuberculosis Specialist and maintains a private practice in Pangrati. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Military Officers School of Corps (SSAS). She holds certifications in Advanced Trauma Life Support, Advanced Life Support, and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Sleep Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She specialized at the General Hospital for Thoracic Diseases "Sotiria" and the University General Hospital "Attikon." She has clinical experience and serves as Consultant of the Pulmonology Clinic at the Naval Hospital of Athens. In her practice, she thoroughly manages conditions within her specialty, such as respiratory allergy, asthma, and COPD - chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Pesiridou Eutyxia is a Pulmonologist - Tuberculosis Specialist and maintains a private practice in Nea Smyrni. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Padua, Italy, with a specialization in Pulmonology - Tuberculosis. She has gained extensive professional experience as a resident in the 6th Pulmonology Clinic at the General Hospital for Thoracic Diseases of Athens "Sotiria", as well as in the Outpatient Clinics of the Internal Medicine, Surgical, and Cardiology Departments, and the respective Emergency Clinics at the General Prefectural Hospital of Kalamata. Additionally, she has received professional training in "Mass Health Loss Management" at the General Hospital of Attica KAT, as well as in "Emergency Prehospital Care and Emergency Department" at the General Hospital of Nikaia. Finally, to date, she continuously attends postgraduate seminars and participates in conferences to further enrich her knowledge in her field of specialization.

Anastasopoulos Vasilis is an Internist at the General Hospital of Attica KAT with the rank of Senior Registrar and maintains a private practice in Nea Filadelfeia. He holds a Medical Degree and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Attica KAT and the General Oncology Hospital "Agioi Anargyroi," as well as in Diabetes Mellitus at the University General Hospital "Attikon." He holds a postgraduate diploma in Occupational and Environmental Health from the National School of Public Health. He has received further training in emergency pre-hospital medicine at the National Center for Emergency Care (EKAB), as well as in the 2nd Propaedeutic Internal Medicine Clinic of the University General Hospital "Attikon," focusing on lipid disorders and cardiovascular disease prevention. He has served as the scientific director at the Local Health Unit in Petroupoli and at the Health Center of Peristeri. He is a member of the Hellenic Society of Internal Medicine, the Society for the Study of Risk Factors for Vascular Diseases, and the Hellenic Lipidology Society. As part of continuous medical education, he has attended numerous scientific conferences and has contributed to the writing of scientific papers.

Paraskeui Savvari is an Internist and maintains a private practice in Marousi. She holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She completed her rural service at the General Hospital of Sparta/Regional Clinic "Petrinas" and subsequently worked as a scientific collaborator in the Intensive Care Unit of the Therapeutic Clinic at the General Hospital "Alexandra," gaining valuable experience in managing patients with coronary artery disease and heart failure. She holds a PhD from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She completed her specialty in Internal Medicine at the University Therapeutic Clinic of the General Hospital "Alexandra," where she trained for 1.5 years in managing patients with acute cerebrovascular stroke (A.C.E) in the stroke unit. She worked as a Consultant Physician at the HYGEIA Hospital and as a scientific collaborator at the "Laboratory of Hygiene, Epidemiology, and Medical Statistics" of the University of Athens. Concurrently with her private practice, she serves as a collaborator at the 1st Internal Medicine Clinic of the "Errikos Dyunan" Hospital Center, overseeing clinical and educational activities and participating in the clinic's on-call duties. Additionally, she works as a medical advisor at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, primarily engaged in research and the pharmaceutical management of patients with arterial and venous thromboses. She has contributed to the authorship of 21 scientific articles and 4 textbooks and has been a speaker at numerous scientific conferences. Finally, Dr. Savvari is a Fellow of the European Stroke Organization (FESO), a member of the Hellenic Stroke Organization, and Vice President of the Hellenic Society of Frailty and Sarcopenia.

Greka Athina is a Specialist Pathologist - master in Nutrition - master in Gerontology. She maintains private practices in Kypseli and Oropos. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree in "Emergency Prehospital Medicine" from the Ministry of Health and the National Emergency Center (EKAV). Additionally, she holds a master's degree in Gerontology from the European University Cyprus and a master's degree in Dietetics and Nutrition Studies, Pearson Assured, from the United Kingdom. The doctor regularly attends and contributes papers to numerous conferences in Greece and abroad, as part of her ongoing professional development, and has authored articles in general interest magazines on health topics. It is noteworthy that she has been awarded by the Athens Medical Association for her voluntary participation in the Social Mission Clinic, by EKEPY for training and voluntary involvement in the Emergency Medical Teams for urgent situations of the Athens Medical Association, and has received honorable mention for her voluntary participation in the Social Mission Clinic. Ms. Greka is a scientific collaborator at the Athens Medical Center and a volunteer doctor with Doctors of the World. Her clinics address issues of general pathology and provide solutions for vulnerable cases. Moreover, both emergency and scheduled cases of general pathology are managed, with an emphasis on health prevention, combining therapeutic treatment with exercise and nutrition, tailored to existing comorbidities, on an individualized and case-by-case basis.

Parisi Theodora MD, MSc is a Specialist in Internal Medicine with a private practice in Neo Iraklio. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras and holds a master's degree in Pathobiochemistry from the same university. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the Therapeutic Clinic of the General Hospital "Alexandra" and is a doctoral candidate at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, focusing on the "Study of the variation and fluctuation of interstitial glucose and blood pressure during the acute phase of Cerebrovascular Stroke." Since 2009, she has been collaborating with the "Hygeia" Hospital as an Attending Physician in the Internal Medicine Clinic. Dr. Parisi manages nearly all internal medicine conditions, including infections, hypertension, and diabetes, and also conducts check-ups for individuals interested in participating in athletic activities. Lemonidou Anastasia is a General Practitioner maintaining a private practice in Kolonaki. She is a certified trainer from the University of Crete (health coach) specializing in chronic respiratory conditions, with postgraduate studies in Emergency Medicine from the University of West Attica. Additionally, she holds certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Ksypolytos Antonis is a Pulmonologist - Tuberculosis Specialist and maintains a private practice in Neos Kosmos. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras and specialized in Pulmonology at the 1st Pulmonology Clinic of the General Hospital for Thoracic Diseases "Sotiria," including rotations at the 1st Internal Medicine Clinic - Special Infectious Diseases Unit at the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas" and the ICU of the General Hospital for Thoracic Diseases "Sotiria." Furthermore, he serves as a Pulmonologist Consultant at the Pulmonology Clinic of the Athens Medical Center. Mastorantonakis Stylianos is a Pathologist - Hypertension Specialist with a private practice in the Ampelokipoi area. He holds a PhD from the University of Athens focusing on morning blood pressure increase, graduated from the Medical School of the University of Crete, and specialized in Pathology at the 3rd University Pathology Clinic in Athens. He has expertise in hypertension, following training initially at the STRIDE Hellas-7 Hypertension Center of the 3rd University Pathology Clinic at the General Chest Diseases Hospital of Athens "Sotiria," and subsequently at the clinical and research International Circulatory Health Center (ICCH) of Imperial College London. In recent years, he has collaborated with Hygeia Hospital as a pathologist for patient hospitalization. He sees patients in his practice for pathology issues, with a special interest in the diagnosis of arterial hypertension, investigation of secondary hypertension, accurate blood pressure measurements, hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, monitoring, and therapeutic management of blood pressure. Finally, the doctor is a member of the European Society of Hypertension and has served as secretary of the Hellenic Society of Cardiovascular Health.

Karalis Konstantinos is a Pathologist with a private practice in Ilioupoli. He graduated from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace and completed his specialty in Pathology at St. Antonius Krankenhaus Hospital in Cologne, as well as at the General University Hospital of Athens "Alexandra." Gkika Xara is a Specialist in General and Family Medicine and maintains a private practice in Ilion. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed her specialty training in General and Family Medicine at the G.N.A. "G. Gennimatas" Hospital. She has attended the Postgraduate Program of the University of Thessaly focused on "Primary Health Care." She has been practicing general medicine for 20 years, serving both the public healthcare system and the private sector. She has extensive experience in managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes mellitus, anemia, osteoporosis, respiratory diseases, as well as handling acute cases. Katsimardou Aleksandra MD, PhD is an Internist - Military Physician and maintains a private practice in Ampelokipoi. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She specialized in Internal Medicine at the 2nd Internal Medicine Clinic of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Hippocrates" and holds a PhD from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has attended postgraduate courses on diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, and liver diseases. Mpouzios Ilias PhD is a Pediatrician who maintains a private practice in Neo Iraklio. He completed his Doctoral thesis on "Functional gastrointestinal disorders in children and adolescents" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree in "Metabolic bone diseases" from the same university. He serves as an Attending Physician in the pediatric clinic of "Mitera" Hospital. He specialized in Pediatrics at the Pediatric Clinic of York Hospital in the United Kingdom, as well as the First Pediatric Clinic of the University of Athens, at the "Agia Sofia" Children's Hospital. Additionally, he has attended numerous educational seminars both in Greece and abroad, and is fluent in English and Italian.

Konstantinidou Kyriaki is a General Practitioner with many years of presence and experience in the Primary Health Care sector, maintaining a private practice in Alimos. Simultaneously, she is actively engaged as a Director in the National Health System. Since 2004, she has served as a General Practitioner at the 5 Primary Care Clinics of Avlida, additionally performing on-call duties at the Psachna Health Center, undertaking home visits in the villages of the area and managing emergency cases.
