Από το 2006 έως το 2010 εργάστηκε ως επιμελήτρια στη Παθολογική Κλινική του Νοσοκομείου Metropolitan. Από το 2010 μέχρι σήμερα είναι επιστημονικός συνεργάτης του Νοσοκομείου Metropolitan και του Mediterraneo Hospital. Από το 2013 έως το 2018 ήταν υπεύθυνη του τμήματος Διαβήτη - Παχυσαρκίας - Μεταβολισμού της Βιοκλινικής Αθηνών. Το 2011 έλαβε μεταπτυχιακή εκπαίδευση με τίτλο Master Pactitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity για την αντιμετώπιση των Διατροφικών Διαταραχών και της Παχυσαρκίας από το Κέντρο Εκπαίδευσης και Αντιμετώπισης Διατροφικών Διαταραχών υπό την αιγίδα του National Centre For Eating Disordes της Αγγλίας. Τέλος, πραγματοποίησε διετή φοίτηση του προγράμματος μεταπτυχιακών σπουδών στην "Αισθητική Ιατρική και Θεραπευτική" των Πανεπιστημίων Torino και Camerino της Ιταλίας, ενώ το 2019 έλαβε το δίπλωμα Master of Science in "Aesthetic Medicine and Therapeutics.

ΔΙΑΒΗΤΗ • Ολιστική διαχείριση ασθενών με σ. διαβήτη τύπου 1 και 2 . • Πρόληψη, έγκαιρη διάγνωση και αντιμετώπιση των μικρο και μακροαγγειακών επιπλοκών του σ. διαβήτη ( στεφανιαία νόσος, αγγειακό εγκεφαλικό επεισόδιο, περιφερική αποφρακτική αγγειοπάθεια, διαβητική νεφροπάθεια, νευροπάθεια και αμφιβληστροειδοπάθεια ). • Εκπαίδευση στον αυτοέλεγχο, στη χρήση της τεχνολογίας για συνεχή παρακολούθηση του σακχάρου αίματος ακόμα και εξ αποστάσεως με τη μέθοδο CGM Libre, στη διαχείριση της ινσουλινοθεραπείας, κυρίως στο διαβήτη τύπου 1, καθώς και στις διατροφικές συνήθειες. Συναχής ενημέρωση και υποστήριξη διαβητικών ασθενών. • Υποστροφή του διαβήτη με το εξειδικευμένο πρόγραμμα ιατρικής διατροφής ( Medical Nutrition) χωρίς τη χρήση φαρμακευτικής αγωγής. • Διαβήτης Κύησης : έγκαιρη διάγνωση και αντιμετώπιση. • Πρόληψη εμφάνισης του Διαβήτη Κύησης σε γυναίκες αναπαραγωγικής ηλικίας, υψηλού κινδύνου για εμφάνιση Διαβήτη Κύησης. • Προδιαβήτης και Καρδιο-νεφρο-ηπατο-μεταβολικό Σύνδρομο.

ΙΑΤΡΕΙΟ ΠΑΧΥΣΑΡΚΙΑΣ • Πρόληψη και αντιμετώπιση της Παχυσαρκίας με εξατομικευμένο πρόγραμμα ιατρικής διατροφής ( Medical Nutrition ) για απώλεια βάρους με ή χωρίς τη χρήση των νέων ενέσιμων θεραπειών για την Παχυσαρκία ( Wegovy, Mounjaro )

Διατροφική αγωγή-Αλλαγή διατροφικής συμπεριφοράς.

• Δυνατότητα παρακολούθησης ασθενών για απώλεια βάρους σε απομακρυσμένα μέρη της Ελλάδας με τη χρήση της τεχνολογίας και της τεχνιτής νοημοσύνης. • Μέτρηση Βασικού Μεταβολισμού ( BMR ) και ανάλυση σύστασης σώματος.
