Η Ξανθή Αναγνώστου,MD είναι Ειδικός Παθολόγος και διατηρεί από το 2024 ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στη Θέρμη. Ολοκλήρωσε με επιτυχία τις σπουδές της στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Δημοκρίτειου Πανεπιστημίου Θράκης το 2011.Μετά την αποφοίτησή της, εργάστηκε στη Γερμανία σε παιδιατρική κλινική και στη συνέχεια ειδικεύτηκε στην Εσωτερική Παθολογία σε νοσοκομείο της χώρας. Επιπλέον είναι Επιμελήτρια Β στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Παίδων " Παναγιώτης και Αγλαία Κυριακού".

Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστήμιου Αθηνών. Στα πλαίσια της ειδικότητας εκπαιδεύτηκε ακόμη στη Γενική Χειρουργική στο Νοσοκομείο Θείας Πρόνοιας "Παμμακάριστος", στη Παιδο - Ωτορινολαρυγγολογία στο Νοσοκομείο Παίδων "Η Αγία Σοφία". Συνέχισε την εκπαίδευσή της στη Νευροχειρουργική στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών "Γ.
