Dr. Theodoros Lagarias is a seasoned physician with extensive experience in Primary Health Care and medical education. He began his medical career as a resident physician at the General Hospital of Chania, serving from 2007 to 2011. Subsequently, he held the position of General Practitioner at the Health Center of Agia, Larissa, advancing to the rank of Senior Registrar (Grade A) from 2011 until 2024.​

Between 2017 and 2024, Dr. Lagarias served as the coordinator for the training of resident physicians in General/Family Medicine at the General Hospital of Larissa, playing a pivotal role in their clinical and scientific development. Concurrently, he contributed to undergraduate medical education by participating as an instructor during educational visits of medical students from the School of Medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki to Primary Health Care units.​

Dr. Lagarias holds certifications in emergency pre-hospital care and in the early detection and prevention of mental disorders, the latter obtained through the Vocational Training Center of the Mental Health Center in Chania. He has actively participated in numerous educational activities, both as a trainee and as a lecturer, including seminars, conferences, and training workshops.​

Konstantinidis Lazaros is a Specialist Pathologist who maintains private clinics in Stavroupoli and Ano Toumpa. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has received further training in Arterial Hypertension, participating in scientific research and clinical studies. He specialized at the Pathology Clinic of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Agios Dimitrios" and in May 2017, after successful examinations, obtained the specialty title in Internal Pathology. He has served as a scientific collaborator at the Center of Excellence in Arterial Hypertension of the 1st Pathology Clinic of the University General Hospital of Thessaloniki AHEPA, while completing his postgraduate studies at the International Hellenic University with a focus on Diabetes Mellitus. It is worth mentioning that he has been a member of the Hellenic Society of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders, treasurer of the Panhellenic Institute of Neurodegenerative Diseases (P.I.N.Dis), a member of the Audit Committee of the Atherosclerosis Society of Northern Greece (EABE), and is a member of the Hellenic Hypertension Society as well as the Hellenic Diabetes Association. In his private practice, he manages a wide range of cases, combining his extensive experience with scientific proficiency. Roussou Maria MD, PhD is a Specialist Physician in Internal Medicine and has maintained a private practice in Chalandri since 2009. She holds a degree and a Doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and also possesses a postgraduate specialization in "Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity" from the 2nd Propedeutic Clinic of the Medical School of the University of Athens. She has worked as a Specialist Scientific Collaborator and University Fellow at the Therapeutic Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, engaging in clinical, teaching, research, and scientific activities. Furthermore, Dr. Roussou has participated in numerous research studies published in Greek and international conferences and journals. Greka Athina is a Specialist Pathologist - master in Nutrition - master in Gerontology. She maintains private practices in Kypseli and Oropos. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree in "Emergency Prehospital Medicine" from the Ministry of Health and the National Emergency Center (EKAV). Additionally, she holds a master's degree in Gerontology from the European University Cyprus and a master's degree in Dietetics and Nutrition Studies, Pearson Assured, from the United Kingdom. The doctor regularly attends and contributes papers to numerous conferences in Greece and abroad, as part of her ongoing professional development, and has authored articles in general interest magazines on health topics. It is noteworthy that she has been awarded by the Athens Medical Association for her voluntary participation in the Social Mission Clinic, by EKEPY for training and voluntary involvement in the Emergency Medical Teams for urgent situations of the Athens Medical Association, and has received honorable mention for her voluntary participation in the Social Mission Clinic. Ms. Greka is a scientific collaborator at the Athens Medical Center and a volunteer doctor with Doctors of the World. Zaxariadis Konstantinos is a Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Nea Smyrni. He holds a degree in Medicine and Pharmacy from the University of Craiova and has specialized in general medicine at the General State Hospital of Nikaia. Additionally, he continues to attend numerous national and international conferences to ensure his ongoing education. He is a member of the Hellenic Diabetological Association, the Hellenic Society of General Medicine, the American Diabetes Association, and the Hellenic Society of Hypertension and Cardiovascular Protection. As the founder and lead physician of a private practice, my goal is to provide comprehensive medical care that combines rigorous scientific evidence with a patient-centered approach.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. Zoi Viky is a General Practitioner and operates a private clinic in Exarchia. She specialized in General Medicine at Papageorgiou Hospital in Thessaloniki and received further training in Diabetes Mellitus at the Dietetic Association of Northern Greece (D.E.V.E). Additionally, she has completed postgraduate studies in Public Health at the National School of Public Health and training in Emergency Medicine at the National Emergency Aid Center. Fotiadis Gerasimos is a General Family Physician who maintains a private practice in the center of Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace and completed his residency in General Family Medicine at the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Papageorgiou" and the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Papanikolaou." He has completed more than 400 on-call shifts in Emergency Departments and has worked as a Rural Doctor in Health Centers, gaining valuable experience in managing both urgent and chronic cases. Additionally, he is active in telemedicine, providing medical services through international platforms across Europe and the USA. He has received further training in Ultrasonography, having conducted his education at the University Hospital of Ioannina. He has also trained in and practices Homeopathic Medicine, offering alternative and complementary therapies always based on scientific evidence and an individualized approach. Kleio Xantziara is an Endocrinologist with a private practice in Goudi. She holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is a graduate of the same institution. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Biology with a full scholarship from Harvard University. She is affiliated with the "Hygeia" and "Mitera" Hospitals. She specialized in Endocrinology at St. Luke’s and Roosevelt Hospitals in New York, as well as in the Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism department of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos". Additionally, she has participated as a researcher in primary research on brain tumors, specifically apoptosis and clonality analysis, in the Neurosurgery Laboratory at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. Finally, she has numerous scientific publications and is a member of various associations and scientific societies in Greece and abroad.

Astrakianakis Antonios is a Pathologist who maintains a private practice in the center of Heraklion, Crete. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has specialized in Internal Medicine at the 3rd Pathology Clinic of the General Hospital of Heraklion "Venizeleio". He regularly attends conferences and continuing education courses in Greece and abroad, with a focus on diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, and dyslipidemias. Karyofylli Tamisoglou Ioanna is a Specialist in Internal Medicine maintaining private practices in Thessaloniki. Marikou Foteini is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist MSc, graduate of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition at Harokopio University and holder of a Master's Degree from the Medical School of Athens titled "Pathology of Pregnancy - High Risk Pregnancy." As part of her undergraduate program, she completed internships at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens, a private dietetic office, and a food industry company. Subsequently, she collaborated for several years with NGOs, where she provided voluntary nutritional support to cancer patients during and after anticancer treatments. Simultaneously, she has served as head dietitian - nutritionist in a large gym chain. She has been evaluating private cases since 2018, specializing in nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as in cases of eating disorders and clinical conditions such as hypercholesterolemia, diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome, and specialized clinical conditions. Poimenidou Eirini is a Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Komotini. She graduated from the Medical School of the State Medical Academy "I.M. Sechenov" in Moscow. She specialized in Pathology at the General Hospital of Xanthi and in Endocrinology at the Cancer Hospital of Thessaloniki "Theageneio." She has worked as an Endocrinologist at the outpatient clinic of Urban Polyclinic No. 68 in Moscow and served as a physician in the MSF project for the medical and pharmaceutical care of residents at the Pre-Departure Detention Center for Immigrants in Komotini with Doctors Without Borders. Finally, she is a member of the Medical Association of Rodopi and the Hellenic Endocrinological Society, and she speaks English, German, and Russian.

Dr. Kaza Maria, MD, MSc, PhD, is a Endocrinologist – Diabetologist | Metabolism Specialist and maintains a private practice in Gerakas. She is a contracted Lecturer at the Department of Pharmacy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She is a distinguished PhD graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a doctoral thesis entitled "Effect of physical activity on the physical and mental well-being of children and adolescents with diabetes mellitus". She completed with Distinction her postgraduate studies in Endocrinology and Diabetes (MSc in Endocrinology and Diabetes) at the Medical School of Queen Mary University of London (Barts and the London School of Medicine and Dentistry, UK) and is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Patras. She has trained in hospitals in Greece and the United Kingdom and possesses extensive clinical experience in a wide range of endocrinological disorders, including type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes, obesity, thyroid diseases, osteoporosis and endocrine disorders of pregnancy, polycystic ovary syndrome, menstrual disorders, adrenal and pituitary diseases, and endocrine hypertension. Her research and academic activities further include publications in international medical journals, participation in Greek and international conferences, as well as teaching experience in the Departments of Dietetics and Sport Science at Metropolitan and Mediterranean College. She is a member of the Hellenic Endocrine Society, the General Medical Council (GMC) of the UK, and the Medical Association of Athens. Maria Tziogiou is a Registered Dietitian – Nutritionist, Head of the Dietetics Department at the Athens Medical Center (Psychiko Clinic), and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi.She graduated from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition of the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly and completed her clinical training at the Dietetic Clinic of KAT General Hospital. She also serves as the Lead Dietitian at the Diabetes Clinic of Palaio Faliro Clinic, with experience in clinical nutrition and individualized nutritional support for people with diverse health and lifestyle needs.In recent years, her professional approach has focused primarily on eating behavior and the development of a healthier and more balanced relationship with food. Dr. Kiortsis Dimitrios, Endocrinologist - Diabetologist, is a Professor at the Medical School of the University of Ioannina. He maintains private clinics in Athens and Ioannina. He specialized in Paris at the university hospitals Pitie-Salpetriere, Saint Louis, Hotel Dieu, Trousseau, and Cochin. He holds a three-year diploma in Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases (DU Paris V). He earned his PhD through collaboration between the Universities of Paris (Paris VI) and Athens. He has 35 years of experience across the full spectrum of endocrinological disorders, with particular expertise in obesity and metabolic diseases. He is a European-certified specialist and trainer of new physicians in obesity (European Scope). He has served as President of the Hellenic Medical Society for Obesity and is currently President of the Hellenic Society of Metabolism, Nutrition, and Well-being. His original research work includes over 200 publications in international journals, and he has authored numerous chapters in international and Greek books. His work has received multiple awards. He continues his research in collaboration with leading institutions in Europe and the USA. His clinic offers a fully personalized approach to all endocrinological disorders, with an emphasis on the contemporary therapeutic management of metabolic diseases and obesity.
