He holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina, with specialization in Ultrasound and Thyroid Nodule Aspiration. He specialized in Endocrinology at the Piraeus “Metaxa” Specialized Anti-Cancer Hospital and served in the Endocrinology Department of the hospital, which is the largest endocrinology clinic in Greece and a training center for thyroid ultrasound. Additionally, he worked as a physician at the 251 General Hospital of Athens. In his private practice, he assists patients in addressing any issues related to Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes Mellitus, with the capability of performing thyroid ultrasounds certified by the Ministry of Health.

Η Δρ. Αδαμαντία Δερέκα είναι Ενδοκρινολόγος – Διαβητολόγος με επαγγελματική εμπειρία στην Ελλάδα και τη Σουηδία. Αποφοίτησε από την Ιατρική Σχολή του αγγλόφωνου Πανεπιστημίου Comenius και ξεκίνησε την κλινική της πορεία στην Παθολογική Κλινική του Γενικού Κρατικού Νοσοκομείου Νίκαιας.

Στη συνέχεια, συνέχισε την εκπαίδευσή της στη Σουηδία, στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο του Linköping. Ολοκλήρωσε την ειδίκευσή της στην Ενδοκρινολογία – Διαβητολογία στο Centralsjukhuset Karlstad, καθώς και στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο Karolinska της Στοκχόλμης, το οποίο κατατάσσεται ως το 1ο νοσοκομείο στην Ευρώπη και το 5ο παγκοσμίως.

Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της ειδίκευσής της, εργάστηκε ως επιμελήτρια στη Σουηδία, αποκτώντας ουσιαστική κλινική εμπειρία στη διάγνωση, την αντιμετώπιση και την παρακολούθηση ενδοκρινολογικών και διαβητολογικών νοσημάτων. Drimala Panagiota is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Ampelokipoi. She studied at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She specialized in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at the largest independent Endocrinology Clinic and Diabetology Center in the country, located in the “Evangelismos” hospital. There, she gained extensive experience in managing patients with diabetes mellitus. Additionally, she specialized in gestational diabetes and thyroid disorders during pregnancy at the “Alexandra” and “Elena Venizelou” hospitals. As part of her continuous education, she has attended postgraduate programs related to Human Reproduction, Childhood Obesity, as well as specialization in Thyroid Ultrasound at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Roussou Maria MD, PhD is a Specialist Physician in Internal Medicine and has maintained a private practice in Chalandri since 2009. She holds a degree and a Doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and also possesses a postgraduate specialization in "Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity" from the 2nd Propedeutic Clinic of the Medical School of the University of Athens. She has worked as a Specialist Scientific Collaborator and University Fellow at the Therapeutic Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, engaging in clinical, teaching, research, and scientific activities. Furthermore, Dr. Roussou has participated in numerous research studies published in Greek and international conferences and journals. The internal medicine clinic was established with the aim of prevention, diagnosis, and treatment to promote health, addressing issues related to specific internal medicine disciplines, including diabetes mellitus, hypertension, infections, and cardiometabolic diseases.

Stauraki Nikoleta is a Dietitian-Nutritionist with a private practice in Kalamaria. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki (A.T.E.I.TH.). She obtained her Master's Degree specializing in Clinical Dietetics. She has specialized in the nutritional management of various diseases related to cancer. Additionally, she has expertise in Cardiovascular Diseases and the Mediterranean Diet (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens), as well as in sports nutrition (Specialist in sports nutrition under the auspices of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, ISSN). The dietitian has received further training in the management of eating disorders (anorexia nervosa, bulimia, emotional overeating, etc.) and obesity, as well as in the nutritional management and treatment of patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome through the FODMAP diet. In her private practice, she provides individualized nutrition programs and is specialized in sports nutrition, clinical dietetics, obesity, and metabolism.

Katsimardou Aleksandra MD, PhD is an Internist - Military Physician and maintains a private practice in Ampelokipoi. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She specialized in Internal Medicine at the 2nd Internal Medicine Clinic of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Hippocrates" and holds a PhD from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has attended postgraduate courses on diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, and liver diseases. Furthermore, Dr. Katsimardou has participated as a speaker in national conferences and contributed to authoring published articles in international journals focusing on arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and dyslipidemia.

Ο Πλούταρχος Τζούλης, Ενδοκρινολόγος – Διαβητολόγος, είναι επίτιμος Αναπληρωτής Καθηγητής Ενδοκρινολογίας στην Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL (University College London). Έλαβε τον ιδιαιτέρως τιμητικό τίτλο του FRCP (Lon) από το Βασιλικό Κολλέγιο των Παθολόγων το 2022 σε αναγνώριση της 18ετούς συμβολής του στην πρόοδο της ιατρικής επιστήμης μέσω της κλινικής και ερευνητικής του δραστηριότητας στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία. Επιπλέον του ερευνητικού και διδακτικού του έργου στnν Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL, που συγκαταλέγεται στις 10 κορυφαίες ιατρικές σχολές παγκοσμίως, συνεχίζει το κλινικό του έργο τόσο στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία, εκτελώντας καθήκοντα Διευθυντή στην Ενδοκρινολογική και Παθολογική Κλινική του Νοσοκομείου Whittington του Λονδίνου, όσο και στην Ελλάδα, στη Γενική και Μαιευτική Κλινική ΙΑΣΩ.  

Μετά την εισαγωγή του με πανελλήνιες εξετάσεις και αποφοίτησή του από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, μετέβη το 2004 στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία, όπου και εργάστηκε σε κορυφαία Πανεπιστημιακά Νοσοκομεία μέχρι το 2018. Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της ειδικότητάς του στην Ενδοκρινολογία και Διαβητολογία στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία (CCT in Endocrinology & Diabetes, UK) και συγκεκριμένα στα Πανεπιστημιακά Νοσοκομεία Royal Free Hospital, University College London Hospital και Whittington Hospital του UCL, τον Φεβρουάριο 2015 ανέλαβε θέση Διευθυντή στην Ενδοκρινολογική - Διαβητολογική Κλινική και Παθολογική Κλινική του Νοσοκομείου Whittington του Λονδίνου. Έλαβε  μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο MSc (Hons) στην Κλινική Ενδοκρινολογία από το Barts & the London School of Medicine, Queen Mary University of London. Aκολούθως, έγινε διδάκτορας (PhD, Doctor of Philosophy) στην Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL μετά την ολοκλήρωση σειράς κλινικών μελετών και της διδακτορικής διατριβής του με θέμα τη διερεύνηση και θεραπεία της υπονατριαιμίας.

Συνεχίζει το ερευνητικό του έργο με βάση το UCL και πλήθος διεθνών συνεργασιών με περισσότερες από 55 δημοσιεύσεις σε έγκριτα διεθνή περιοδικά και περισσότερες από 50 παρουσιάσεις εργασιών και ομιλίες σε βρετανικά, ευρωπαϊκά και αμερικάνικα ιατρικά συνέδρια. Έχει μεγάλη εμπειρία στη διάγνωση και αντιμετώπιση όλου του φάσματος των ενδοκρινολογικών παθήσεων και διαβήτη και το πρωταρχικό του μέλημα είναι η προσφορά υψηλού επιπέδου εξατομικευμένων υπηρεσιών υγείας με βασικό γνώμονα την Ιατρική με βάση την πιο επικαιροποιημένη επιστημονική γνώση (Evidence - Based Medicine).

Η Κούβδου Έλενα είναι Διαιτολόγος - Διατροφολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό γραφείο στη Βούλα. Είναι πτυχιούχος του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διατολογίας - Διατροφής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Borsa Dimitra is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and a top graduate of the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She holds a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Nutrition from the same university and maintains a private practice in Aigaleo. During her studies, she actively participated in intensive research activities and obtained scientific publications. Furthermore, she has successfully completed a seminar titled "Specialist in Sports Nutrition" under the auspices of the International Society of Sports Nutrition. She has a strong interest in current scientific data and contemporary recommendations in the fields of weight management, nutritional counseling, clinical and sports nutrition, for which she regularly attends conferences and workshops. The principle of her dietetic practice is a personalized nutritional approach based on the medical and nutritional history, needs, and lifestyle of each individual.

Sofias Aleksandros - Premedicare is an Endocrinologist, a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Following two years of training in the Internal Medicine Department of the 7th IKA Hospital and four years of work at the Aspropyrgos refinery clinic as an on-call physician, he specialized in the Endocrinology Department of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos". There, he actively participated in the Endocrinology Laboratory - Dynamic Testing Unit, the endocrinology clinic, outpatient clinics, and specialized clinics for Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus, pituitary disorders, diabetic nephropathy, and osteoporosis. Nteli Spyridoula is a Dietitian - Nutritionist licensed to practice and operates a dietetics office in Lamia.

She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University (IHU) and has completed the postgraduate program titled "Food, Nutrition, and Microbiome" at the School of Medicine of Democritus University of Thrace.

She holds a Master Practitioner diploma in Eating Disorders and Obesity for the treatment and management of eating disorders and obesity from the National Centre for Eating Disorders of the United Kingdom and the Hellenic Centre for Eating Disorder Treatment. Additionally, she is certified as a specialist in sports nutrition.

She completed her internship at the General Hospital of Lamia, where, as a trainee Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, she was responsible for designing daily diets for patients in various hospital clinics.

She is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists and regularly participates in seminars and scientific conferences, aiming for continuous professional development and staying informed about advancements in her field.

Loli Georgia is a Specialist in Internal Medicine and maintains a private practice in the center of Lefkada. Concurrently, she works as a Consultant in the Internal Medicine Department of the General Hospital of Lefkada and is the attending physician at the Lefkada Nursing Home. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina and specialized in the First Internal Medicine Department of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki at the Thessaloniki University General Hospital AHEPA. She graduated with honors from the postgraduate program focusing on the Management of Aging and Chronic Diseases. During her specialty training, she was trained in infections at the Infectious Diseases Unit of the First Internal Medicine Clinic of the Thessaloniki University General Hospital AHEPA. She has also dealt with all aspects of metabolic syndrome (Hypertension, Lipids, Diabetes, Obesity), its complications, prevention, differential diagnosis, and treatment of all diseases within the spectrum of Internal Medicine. She is a former Consultant of the First Internal Medicine Clinic at Thessaloniki University General Hospital AHEPA and has served in numerous positions within the National Health System (NHS). Finally, in the context of continuous education and comprehensive training, she participates in numerous scientific conferences and has authored publications in internationally recognized medical journals.

Η Θάλεια Τριανταφύλλου είναι αθλητική διαιτολόγος-διατροφολόγος απόφοιτη του τμήματος Επιστήμης Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας της Θεσσαλονίκης. Έχει πραγματοποιήσει τις μεταπτυχιακές της σπουδές στον τομέα της αθλητικής διατροφής στο Leeds Beckett University της Αγγλίας ενώ έχει παρακολουθήσει και σεμινάρια επιμόρφωσης στην Κλινική Διατροφή και στο Health Coaching για Επαγγελματίες Υγείας. Από το 2020 έως σήμερα, η εμπειρία της στη διατροφή τη βοηθά να προσφέρει πρακτικές και εξατομικευμένες λύσεις, είτε πρόκειται για αθλητές είτε για άτομα που απλώς θέλουν να βελτιώσουν την υγεία και τη φυσική τους κατάσταση.
