He is a university fellow of the Department of High-Risk Pregnancies and Pregnancy Pathology of the First Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of the University of Athens. The physician has significant experience in the management of gynecological and obstetric conditions, with particular emphasis on practicing medicine based on the latest guidelines and contemporary therapeutic protocols ("evidence-based medicine"). He collaborates with numerous Obstetrics and Gynecology clinics, such as Iaso, Rea, Mitera, Leto, and other clinics. He actively participates in numerous conferences and seminars as part of his continuous professional development and has published several scientific papers. Finally, he is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Obstetrics and Gynecology Society, the Hellenic Society of Perinatal Medicine, and the Hellenic Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Maria Ioanna Xatziioannou is an Obstetrician-Gynecologist who was born and raised in Athens. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras. She specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology initially at Thriasio General Hospital and subsequently at the 1st Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of the University of Athens at Alexandra General Hospital. Over the past three years, she has been working in the Prenatal Diagnosis Department of Alexandra General Hospital, performing numerous obstetric ultrasounds and invasive prenatal diagnostic procedures daily. She has completed postgraduate studies in Pregnancy Pathology and since 2022 is a doctoral candidate at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Dr. Xatziioannou participates in numerous Greek and European conferences and contributes to the authorship of academic articles in both Greek and international journals.
