Αποφοίτησε από την Στρατιωτική Ιατρική (ΣΣΑΣ) λαμβάνοντας το πτυχίο της Ιατρικής από το Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο της Θεσσαλονίκης το 1994. Pappa Persefoni is an Otolaryngologist who maintains private practices in Kypseli and Chalandri.
