Η Ελένη Καλλιώρα είναι απόφοιτος της Οδοντιατρικής Σχολής Αθηνών, από όπου ολοκλήρωσε και το μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα εξειδίκευσης στην Στοματική Χειρουργική. Διατηρεί οδοντιατρείο μαζί με τον σύζυγό της Δημήτριο Τσουρή, ο οποίος είναι επίσης Στοματικός Χειρουργός.

Ασχολείται με τη Γενική Οδοντιατρική, καθώς και με περιστατικά Στοματικής Χειρουργικής όπως η τοποθέτηση εμφυτευμάτων, η εξαγωγή εγκλείστων και μη φρονιμητών, αλλά και κάθε άλλο χειρουργικό περιστατικό που απαιτεί την παρέμβαση ειδικού.
