Το 2001 απέκτησε την Ευρωπαϊκή πιστοποίηση Κολποσκόπησης από το Βασιλικό Κολλέγιο Μαιευτήρων - Γυναικολόγων του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου, ενώ το 2002 πιστοποιήθηκε από το Family Planning Association της Μεγάλης Βρετανίας. Ο Δρ Χειράκης Ελευθέριος είναι Μαιευτήρας – Χειρουργός Γυναικολόγος με εξειδίκευση στην Υποβοηθούμενη Αναπαραγωγή, την Υπογονιμότητα και τη χειρουργική αντιμετώπιση της ενδομητρίωσης. Αποφοίτησε το 2017 από το αγγλόφωνο τμήμα της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Grigore T. Fotaki Paraskeui is a Gynecologist - Obstetrician with a private practice in Kallithea.
