Το Arthrokinetics Physio Center είναι ένα σύγχρονο κέντρο φυσικοθεραπείας και αποκατάστασης που ιδρύθηκε τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2023 στην Αγία Παρασκευή, με στόχο την πλήρη επανάκτηση της λειτουργικότητας και τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής κάθε ασθενή. Επιστημονικοί υπεύθυνοι του κέντρου είναι ο Γεώργιος Ποδόγυρος, BSc Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates Instructor, CKTP και ο Ηλίας Ασημάκης, BSc Physiotherapy, OMPT, Cert Acu, δύο φυσικοθεραπευτές με ισχυρό ακαδημαϊκό υπόβαθρο, πολυετή κλινική εμπειρία και συνεχή επιμόρφωση.

Ο Γιώργος Ποδόγυρος είναι απόφοιτος του University of East London (BSc Physiotherapy) με κατεύθυνση στη μυοσκελετική/ορθοπεδική φυσικοθεραπεία. Είναι εξειδικευμένος στη θεραπευτική άσκηση και Clinical Instructor στο Pilates, ενώ διαθέτει πιστοποιήσεις στον βιοϊατρικό βελονισμό και την ξηρά βελόνα, στο Manual Therapy, στη θεραπεία μυοπεριτονιακού πόνου, στην τεχνική ERGON (IASTM) και στο Kinesio Taping. Έχει εργαστεί στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο (St John’s Wood Physiotherapy & Kensington Physiotherapy), στο κέντρο αποκατάστασης «Φιλοκτήτης» σε νευρολογικά περιστατικά, καθώς και στο ΙΑΣΩ General σε μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση.

Ο Ηλίας Ασημάκης είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας Στερεάς Ελλάδας και τακτικό μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών. Από το 2022 φέρει τον διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο τίτλο Ειδικού Μυοσκελετικού Φυσικοθεραπευτή (OMPT), πιστοποιημένο από την IFOMPT, ενώ είναι και πιστοποιημένος Ειδικός Βελονισμού από το Πανεπιστήμιο Δυτικής Αττικής. Εξειδικεύεται στην αποκατάσταση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων, στη θεραπευτική άσκηση, στη μέθοδο McKenzie για προβλήματα σπονδυλικής στήλης, στο Manual Therapy, στο Taping και στις τεχνικές IASTM-ERGON.Η φιλοσοφία του Arthrokinetics βασίζεται στη λεπτομερή αξιολόγηση, στην εξατομικευμένη θεραπευτική παρέμβαση και στη διαρκή παρακολούθηση της προόδου, με έμφαση στη λειτουργική αποκατάσταση και στην ενεργή συμμετοχή του ασθενή στη θεραπεία του.Στο Arthrokinetics Physio Center, η επιστημονική εξειδίκευση συνδυάζεται με σύγχρονες θεραπευτικές μεθόδους και ανθρώπινη προσέγγιση, προσφέροντας ολοκληρωμένες λύσεις αποκατάστασης με επαγγελματισμό, συνέπεια και σεβασμό.

Ailamakis Nikolaos is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Chalandri and holds a position as a consultant at the 2nd Orthopedic Clinic of Errikos Dynan Hospital Center. He holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the University of Crete and is specialized in Arthroplasty, fracture management, upper and lower limb surgery, Sports Injuries, Shoulder – Hip – Knee pathologies, and Pediatric Orthopedics. He covers the entire spectrum of Orthopedics and Traumatology using the most modern treatment methods, either surgical and/or conservative depending on indications. Additionally, he offers a range of services, including osteoporosis screening, fracture management and follow-up, treatment of spinal and limb disorders, wound suturing and repair, and cast application. Moreover, thanks to his extensive experience, he provides high-level services in total hip and knee arthroplasty using minimally invasive techniques — resulting in shorter hospitalization time, minimal and controlled postoperative pain, and rapid recovery. Finally, he offers medical treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions using specialized biological agents without contraindications or side effects, such as hyaluronic acid and injections of concentrated platelets – growth factors.

Physio Heal Tsomi Despoina is a graduate of the Department of Physiotherapy at the Athens University of Applied Sciences. She also holds a degree in Business Administration from the Athens College of Economics. She has 14 years of experience gained through her work in military and public hospitals (401 General Military Hospital of Athens, 251 General Hospital of Athens, Asklipieio Voula, E.I.A.A), as well as at the University Hospital of Valencia “La Fe,” at the Physis clinic, and with the Llevant sports team in Spain. She has also volunteered at N.N.A and worked as a physiotherapist in private therapy centers. She has been trained in acupuncture therapy, Clinical Pilates, manual therapy, and the Schroth method.

She specializes and has experience in neurological, musculoskeletal, respiratory, and gynecological rehabilitation through accurate assessment. Since 2010, she has been a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists (PSF).

Ruth Morlas is a physiotherapist and the founder of the private physiotherapy center PhysioFuture in Heraklion, Attica. In her modern and fully equipped facility, she offers personalized, patient-centered treatments tailored to each individual’s specific condition and unique needs. Her therapeutic approach combines manual therapy and osteopathic techniques with therapeutic exercise, aiming for optimal functional recovery and an improved quality of life for her patients.

She holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from Universidad de Cantabria, Spain, and an MSc in Osteopathy from the School of Osteopathy in Madrid.

She graduated top of her class and she was awarded a scholarship by Gimbernat University in Barcelona, where she also served as a member of the institution’s University Research Service in Physiotherapy.

She has collaborated with physiotherapy centers in both Spain and Greece and has specialized in various fields and therapeutic techniques. With a dedicated focus on personalized care, she delivers comprehensive solutions to address a wide range of conditions, enhancing her patients' health and quality of life.

Central Physio Clinic - Spyros Sotiropoulos is a Physiotherapist who operates his private physiotherapy center in Ilisia. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the School of Health Professions and Social Care of the Athens University of Applied Sciences, a master's degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Brighton, and is a PhD candidate in the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of West Attica. He has specialized in Acupuncture at the University of West Attica and has served as a Scientific Collaborator at the Pain and Palliative Care Center of the 1st University Anesthesiology Clinic of Aretaieio Hospital, Trainer in the Lifelong Learning Program of the University of West Attica for training in Acupuncture for Physicians and Physiotherapists, and Trainer in the Lifelong Learning Program of the University of West Attica for training in therapeutic exercise.
