He has worked in both the private and public sectors in Greece and abroad. Among other roles, he served as the physician for the National Under-21 Football Team for one year, for the Judo Team of the National Gymnastic Association for over ten years, as team doctor for the Molaikos Laconia club, as a race doctor for the "Zirineia" Athletics competitions, as well as for the National Judo Team. He served in the National Health System (E.S.Y.) as head of the Orthopedic Department, from which he resigned holding the rank of Senior Registrar (Epithelitis A’). He has over ten years of experience in various hospitals in the United Kingdom, having performed over 2000 surgeries as a surgeon or trainer, most recently at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital of University Hospitals Dorset, where he was also nominated for "Best Trainer." Goules Dimitris is an Orthopedic Pathologist - Rheumatologist and maintains private practices in Psychiko, Gyzi, Chalandri, and Ampelokipi.
