Έτσι μπορεί να δώσει χρήσιμες συμβουλές σε όλο το φάσμα των αθλούμενων, από τους αρχάριους, μέχρι και όσους ασχολούνται με τον πρωταθλητισμό. Η μεγάλη του εμπειρία εξασφαλίζει την ασφάλεια στην άθληση, προστατεύοντας από την μία πλευρά τον αθλούμενο από προβλήματα υγείας, αλλά και αποφεύγοντας την αναίτια διακοπή της άσκησης. Είναι επιστημονικός συνεργάτης του ιατρείου υπέρτασης του νοσοκομείου Αθηνών “Ιπποκράτειο”και συνεργάζεται με μεγάλα ιδιωτικά Νοσηλευτικά ιδρύματα, όπως το ΥΓΕΙΑ και το Ιατρικό Αμαρουσίου. Ακόμα διαθέτει πιστοποίηση από το Υπουργείο Υγείας για την υπερηχογραφική εκτίμηση της καρδιακής λειτουργίας. Τέλος είναι μέλος της Ελληνικής Καρδιολογικής Εταιρίας και του Ελληνικού Κολλεγίου Καρδιολογίας. Έχει δημοσιεύσεις σε Ελληνικά και ξένα περιοδικά, καθώς έχει λάβει μέρος σε διεθνείς πολυκεντρικές μελέτες.
