Το Arthrokinetics Physio Center είναι ένα σύγχρονο κέντρο φυσικοθεραπείας και αποκατάστασης που ιδρύθηκε τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2023 στην Αγία Παρασκευή, με στόχο την πλήρη επανάκτηση της λειτουργικότητας και τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής κάθε ασθενή. Επιστημονικοί υπεύθυνοι του κέντρου είναι ο Γεώργιος Ποδόγυρος, BSc Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates Instructor, CKTP και ο Ηλίας Ασημάκης, BSc Physiotherapy, OMPT, Cert Acu, δύο φυσικοθεραπευτές με ισχυρό ακαδημαϊκό υπόβαθρο, πολυετή κλινική εμπειρία και συνεχή επιμόρφωση.

Ο Γιώργος Ποδόγυρος είναι απόφοιτος του University of East London (BSc Physiotherapy) με κατεύθυνση στη μυοσκελετική/ορθοπεδική φυσικοθεραπεία. Είναι εξειδικευμένος στη θεραπευτική άσκηση και Clinical Instructor στο Pilates, ενώ διαθέτει πιστοποιήσεις στον βιοϊατρικό βελονισμό και την ξηρά βελόνα, στο Manual Therapy, στη θεραπεία μυοπεριτονιακού πόνου, στην τεχνική ERGON (IASTM) και στο Kinesio Taping. Έχει εργαστεί στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο (St John’s Wood Physiotherapy & Kensington Physiotherapy), στο κέντρο αποκατάστασης «Φιλοκτήτης» σε νευρολογικά περιστατικά, καθώς και στο ΙΑΣΩ General σε μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση.

Ο Ηλίας Ασημάκης είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας Στερεάς Ελλάδας και τακτικό μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών. Από το 2022 φέρει τον διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο τίτλο Ειδικού Μυοσκελετικού Φυσικοθεραπευτή (OMPT), πιστοποιημένο από την IFOMPT, ενώ είναι και πιστοποιημένος Ειδικός Βελονισμού από το Πανεπιστήμιο Δυτικής Αττικής. Εξειδικεύεται στην αποκατάσταση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων, στη θεραπευτική άσκηση, στη μέθοδο McKenzie για προβλήματα σπονδυλικής στήλης, στο Manual Therapy, στο Taping και στις τεχνικές IASTM-ERGON.Η φιλοσοφία του Arthrokinetics βασίζεται στη λεπτομερή αξιολόγηση, στην εξατομικευμένη θεραπευτική παρέμβαση και στη διαρκή παρακολούθηση της προόδου, με έμφαση στη λειτουργική αποκατάσταση και στην ενεργή συμμετοχή του ασθενή στη θεραπεία του.Στο Arthrokinetics Physio Center, η επιστημονική εξειδίκευση συνδυάζεται με σύγχρονες θεραπευτικές μεθόδους και ανθρώπινη προσέγγιση, προσφέροντας ολοκληρωμένες λύσεις αποκατάστασης με επαγγελματισμό, συνέπεια και σεβασμό.

Dr. Georgios Tsakotos MD, MSc, PhD Orthopedic Surgeon - Assistant Professor, Medical School, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Georgios Tsakotos was born in Tripoli, Arcadia. After completing secondary education in Tripoli, he was admitted to the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. From 2006 to 2012, he trained as an Orthopedic Surgeon at the 4th Orthopedic Clinic of "KAT" Hospital. He has received further training abroad in sports medicine, arthroscopic and reconstructive orthopedic surgery. He has participated, presenting papers and lectures, in numerous medical scientific conferences in Greece and abroad. He has authored and published over 100 research scientific articles in peer-reviewed international medical journals. He holds a distinction as Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the Medical School of Athens, a Master's degree (MSc) in metabolic bone diseases – osteoporosis from the Medical School of Athens, is a member of the Hellenic Osteoporosis Foundation (EL.I.OS.), the Hellenic Society of Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology (E.E.CH.O.T.), the Hellenic Arthroscopy Society, the Hellenic Society of Anatomy and Surgical Anatomy, is a Full Member of the European Hip Society, a Member of the European Society of Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery & Arthroscopy (ESSKA), Member of European Knee Associates (EKA), and an Associate Member of ISAKOS (International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine). He serves as Assistant Director and Orthopedic Surgeon at the "METROPOLITAN" Hospital, in the Sports Injuries and Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgery department. He is Assistant Professor at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Ο Ιωάννης Μπάμπης είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός, διατηρεί το δικό του Ιδιωτικό Ορθοπεδικό Ιατρείο στο Κέντρο της Αθήνας και είναι επιστημονικός συνεργάτης της Βιοκλινικής Αθηνών και άλλων θεραπευτηρίων της Αθήνας. Ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές του στην Ιατρική σχολή  του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας στη Λάρισα, όπου και ήρθε πρώτη φορά σε επαφή με την ειδικότητα της Ορθοπαιδικής φοιτώντας δίπλα σε κάποιους από τους μεγαλύτερους δασκάλους στην Ελλάδα. Μετά την αποφοίτησή του το 2012, ξεκίνησε την ειδικότητα του στην Γενική Ορθοπαιδική στο Γ.Ν. Καρδίτσας όπου έλαβε σημαντική εμπειρία στην τραυματολογία και στην επανορθωτική χειρουργική του ισχίου και του γόνατος. Την ειδικότητα του την ολοκλήρωσε στο 401 Γενικό Στρατιωτικό Νοσοκομείο  Αθηνών όπου θήτευσε δίπλα σε σπουδαίους χειρουργούς και απέκτησε πιστοποιημένη εμπειρία στις Αθλητικές Κακώσεις και την Αρθροσκοπική χειρουργική του Ώμου και του Γόνατος.  Επίσης, σημαντική είναι η εκπαίδευση που έλαβε στην Παιδοορθοπαιδική στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Παίδων “Αγία Σοφία”. Διετέλεσε για ένα διάστημα στην Ορθοπαιδική κλινική του Kungsbacka Hospital, University of Gothenburg, Sweden όπου και εκπαιδεύτηκε στις νεότερες τεχνικές της χειρουργικής του χόνδρου των αρθρώσεων υπό την καθοδήγηση ενός από τους πρωτοπόρους και διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένους χειρουργούς στο πεδίο αυτό, prof. Mats Brittberg. Τέλος, είναι μέλος της Ελληνικής Αρθροσκοπικής Εταιρείας (ΕΑΕ), της European Society for Knee Surgery, Arthroscopy and Sports Traumatology (ESSKA) και της  European Shoulder Associate (ESA).

Sapika Panagiota is a Physiotherapist who operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Neo Iraklio. In her fully equipped facility, she offers a wide range of services addressing musculoskeletal conditions in both acute and chronic stages, sports injuries, neurological disorders, application of kinesiotaping, and postoperative rehabilitation such as hip and knee arthroplasty, meniscus tears, cruciate ligament injuries, and more. Ruth Morlas is a physiotherapist and the founder of the private physiotherapy center PhysioFuture in Heraklion, Attica. Papastratis Ilias is a Physiotherapist and the Scientific Director of the private Physiotherapy Center "Physioexpert" located in Ampelokipoi. He holds a degree from the TEI of Physiotherapy and is a certified spinal therapist in mechanical diagnosis and therapy using the McKenzie method (cert. MDT). He is certified in manual therapy techniques, chiropractic techniques, and manual therapy for the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders throughout the body. Additionally, he has completed a training program certified by the IMTA (International Association of Maitland Teachers after 4 years of seminars and examinations) in hands-on assessment and treatment techniques (manual therapy—mobilization techniques of joints and muscles with hands) for the treatment of neuro-musculoskeletal problems. He has extensive experience, having worked as a Physiotherapist at the KINESIS physiotherapy clinic and the "Anelixi" Rehabilitation Center, primarily managing neurological cases such as cerebrovascular accidents, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injuries, Parkinson’s disease, polyneuropathies, and others. Furthermore, he has served as an external collaborator at the Euroclinic Athens in the microsurgery and hand and upper limb surgery department, where he also observed surgeries (shoulder and hip arthroplasties, primarily shoulder arthroscopic procedures, and numerous microsurgical operations). Giannopoulos Xristos is a Physiotherapist and operates a private physiotherapy center in Galatsi. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Athens University of Applied Sciences and has attended numerous seminars. He possesses extensive experience in the field of rehabilitation, having worked both in Greece and abroad. Specifically, he worked at the Central Hospital of Mikkeli in Finland, gaining experience with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological cases.

PhysioSoul is a modern physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates center located in Glyfada. It is a fully equipped facility with wheelchair access, set in a comfortable and friendly environment. Physiosoul - Semprou Nansy is a graduate of the Department of Physiotherapy at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. Subsequently, she received advanced training in Manual Therapy. She provides all the necessary education in highly specialized rehabilitation therapies for neuromusculoskeletal conditions. Dr. Skardoutsos Anastasios is an Orthopaedic Surgeon and Sports Medicine Specialist with a private practice in Marousi, Athens, Greece. With nearly 20 years of surgical experience at major orthopedic centers in Germany, he offers a comprehensive range of surgical procedures, specializing in knee and hip arthroplasty. He holds a medical degree from the University of Leipzig, Germany. He is board-certified in Orthopaedics and Traumatology and completed his specialization in Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine entirely in Germany. He is certified as an arthroplasty surgeon by ENDOCERT and has served for several years as a Supervising Senior Surgeon at the Arthroplasty Center of the Orthopaedics and Traumatology Clinic at Schön Klinik Lorsch, Germany. He provides his expertise and orthopedic services in Athens, Greece by appointment and performs surgeries according to German standards in collaboration with local hospitals in Athens (Iatriko Kentron, Metropolitan, etc.). He is fluent in English, German, Greek, and French.

Verigaki Despoina is a Physiotherapist and operates the private clinic "Physio Rehab" in Korydallos. Physio Rehab is a modern physiotherapy center equipped with Tecar therapy, magnetic stimulator, and other advanced therapeutic devices. Comprehensive treatments for pain and rehabilitation are offered, utilizing Tecar therapy, magnetic stimulator, and specialized chiropractic techniques. Verigaki Despoina holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the A.T.E.I. of Athens and a Master's Degree (MSc) from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (E.K.P.A.), specializing in the Rehabilitation of Patients with Spinal Cord Injuries. Mylonas Xrysanthos is a Sports Medicine Physician with private clinics in Anavyssos, Lavrio, and Glyfada. He holds a degree from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his specialization in General Surgery at the Nikaia General State Hospital. During his professional career, he served as a Scientific Associate at IKA Lavrio for more than 15 years. Currently, in addition to his private clinics, he is a Scientific Associate at the private hospital Medireraneo in the Glyfada area. Furthermore, he continues to attend conferences in Greece and abroad covering the entire spectrum of Orthopedics, addressing topics such as osteoporosis, trauma, surgical arthroplasty, geriatric patients, and bone neoplasms. Simultaneously, he participates in various research projects and presentations both nationally and internationally.

Ο Μαλαχιάς Μιχαήλ-Αλέξανδρος είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός-Αθλητίατρος και Επίκουρος Καθηγητής Ορθοπαιδικής στην Ιατρική Σχολή EUC Φρανκφούρτης (Γερμανία). Διατηρεί το ιδιωτικό του ιατρείο στο Χαλάνδρι. Είναι πτυχιούχος και Διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Πέραν τούτου, έχει μετεκπαιδευτεί, επί σειρά ετών (clinical fellowships), στον τομέα της αρθροσκοπικής χειρουργικής και της αντιμετώπισης αθλητικών κακώσεων, σε διεθνή ακαδημαϊκά κέντρα του υψηλότερου επιπέδου (ESSKA teaching centers), όπως η Clinica Ars Medica (Λουγκάνο, Ελβετία), και η ATOS Klinik (Χαϊδελβέργη, Γερμανία). Η Λιανού Κατερίνα είναι Φυσικοθεραπεύτρια , Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνη και Συνιδρύτρια του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας " JP FITNESS " στην Καλλιθέα, από το 2018 έως και σήμερα. 

Ήταν συνιδρύτρια και επιστημονική υπεύθυνη του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας “Κίνηση & Θεραπεία” από το 2004 έως και το 2017.

Είναι βασική καθηγήτρια : της “Studio One Sports & Fitness School, με αντικείμενο: την Αθλητική Tραυματιολογία, Ανατομία και Εμβιομηχανική από το 2010 έως και σήμερα στα διπλώματα Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga.

Ήταν βασική καθηγήτρια : στη σχολή “Athens Yoga” με αντικείμενο ανατομία και κινησιολογία στο δίπλωμα της Yoga από το 2012 έως και το 2019 και βασική καθηγήτρια σε workshops με θέμα Myofascial Release And Trigger Point Therapy από το 2016 έως και σήμερα.

Έχει συμμετάσχει στην συγγραφή του εγχειριδίου: του Studio One, στην ειδικότητα του personal training στο κομμάτι της Αθλητικής Τραυματολογίας και των Ειδικών Πληθυσμών, αλλά και στη συγγραφή και έκδοση βιβλίου με τη συμμετοχή του καθηγητή Dr V.Zelev με θέμα ασκήσεις με Swiss Ball σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Αριθμεί πολλές δημοσιεύσεις και έχει υπάρξει ομιλήτρια σε δεκάδες συνέδρια.

Ο Dr. Ανδρέας Αρτινόπουλος είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός, διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στην Αθήνα και στην Νέα Ερυθραία και είναι συνεργάτης του Νοσοκομείου Ερρίκος Ντυνάν. Εκπαιδεύτηκε στην 4η Ορθοπαιδική Κλινική του Νοσοκομείου ΚΑΤ και στο νοσοκομείο Παίδων "Η Αγία Σοφία", αποκτώντας ολοκληρωμένη εμπειρία σε ολόκληρο το φάσμα της ορθοπαιδικής χειρουργικής και τραυματολογίας ενηλίκων και Παίδων.Πραγματοποίησε μετεκπαίδευση (fellowship) στο Hôpital de La Tour στη Γενεύη, Ελβετία, στη Χειρουργική Ισχίου καθώς και στη Χειρουργική Άκρου Ποδός.Διαθέτει διεθνείς δημοσιεύσεις, συμμετοχές σε συνέδρια και ερευνητικά προγράμματα. Kyrou Georgios is an Orthopedic Surgeon Consultant at the 3rd Orthopedic Clinic of the private hospital Iaso in Marousi, while maintaining a private practice in Kallithea. He has previously served as a specialist and resident physician in some of the most prominent public hospitals in the country, including the General Hospital of Attica “Sismanoglio - Amalia Fleming,” the University General Hospital "Attikon," the General Oncology Hospital of Kifisia (G.O.N.K.), and the General Children's Hospital of Athens "Panagiotis and Aglaia Kyriakou," covering a wide range of pathology and surgical cases. Dr Spiliotopoulos Georgios is a graduate of Medical School and a PhD candidate in Orthopedics at the University of Patras. He specialized at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens and further specialized in Orthopedic Sports Medicine and modern minimally invasive surgical corrective techniques (MIS). Since 2018, he has been a Forensic Orthopedic Expert (technical consultant) for major insurance companies. He maintains a clinic in Neo Psychiko and is the head of the surgical team OrthoSoma (Ortho-Body).

Markopoulos Xristos is an Orthopedic Surgeon and a PhD candidate at the Medical School of the University of Athens, with a private practice in Marousi. Concurrently, he serves as a Consultant in the Upper Limb and Microsurgery Department at YGEIA Hospital and has been a member of the medical team for the Panathinaikos BC basketball team. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Eastern Piedmont in Northern Italy and subsequently specialized in Orthopedic Surgery at the 1st University Orthopedic Clinic of the University of Athens at "Attiko" Hospital. During his specialization, he focused particularly on the Pediatrics and Microsurgery departments at KAT Hospital. Additionally, he holds a postgraduate degree in Metabolic Bone Diseases - Osteoporosis from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is also a member of the Hellenic Osteoporosis Society and the Hellenic Pain Society. Finally, he has contributed to scientific papers and textbooks that have been presented at conferences and published in journals.

Mr. Siopis Xristos is an Orthopedic Surgeon with private practices in Thessaloniki (28 Agias Sofias, 2nd Floor) and Veria (32 El. Venizelou, 3rd Floor). He is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Thessaly. Since 2021, he has been a Collaborating Surgeon at the A’ Orthopedic Clinic of the Interbalkan Medical Center of Thessaloniki and a direct collaborator of Dr. Stylianos Kapetanakis in the Spine & Deformities Department. Simultaneously, he serves as a Collaborating Physician at the Athens Medical Center in Marousi and Psychiko. He specializes in knee and hip arthroplasties with customized implants, spinal surgery, knee and shoulder arthroscopies, as well as pediatric orthopedics. In his private practices, he provides a wide range of services tailored to the individual needs of each patient, always with respect to the patient himself.
