Το Arthrokinetics Physio Center είναι ένα σύγχρονο κέντρο φυσικοθεραπείας και αποκατάστασης που ιδρύθηκε τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2023 στην Αγία Παρασκευή, με στόχο την πλήρη επανάκτηση της λειτουργικότητας και τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής κάθε ασθενή. Επιστημονικοί υπεύθυνοι του κέντρου είναι ο Γεώργιος Ποδόγυρος, BSc Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates Instructor, CKTP και ο Ηλίας Ασημάκης, BSc Physiotherapy, OMPT, Cert Acu, δύο φυσικοθεραπευτές με ισχυρό ακαδημαϊκό υπόβαθρο, πολυετή κλινική εμπειρία και συνεχή επιμόρφωση.

Ο Γιώργος Ποδόγυρος είναι απόφοιτος του University of East London (BSc Physiotherapy) με κατεύθυνση στη μυοσκελετική/ορθοπεδική φυσικοθεραπεία. Είναι εξειδικευμένος στη θεραπευτική άσκηση και Clinical Instructor στο Pilates, ενώ διαθέτει πιστοποιήσεις στον βιοϊατρικό βελονισμό και την ξηρά βελόνα, στο Manual Therapy, στη θεραπεία μυοπεριτονιακού πόνου, στην τεχνική ERGON (IASTM) και στο Kinesio Taping. Έχει εργαστεί στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο (St John’s Wood Physiotherapy & Kensington Physiotherapy), στο κέντρο αποκατάστασης «Φιλοκτήτης» σε νευρολογικά περιστατικά, καθώς και στο ΙΑΣΩ General σε μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση.

Ο Ηλίας Ασημάκης είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας Στερεάς Ελλάδας και τακτικό μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών. Από το 2022 φέρει τον διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο τίτλο Ειδικού Μυοσκελετικού Φυσικοθεραπευτή (OMPT), πιστοποιημένο από την IFOMPT, ενώ είναι και πιστοποιημένος Ειδικός Βελονισμού από το Πανεπιστήμιο Δυτικής Αττικής. Papastratis Ilias is a Physiotherapist and the Scientific Director of the private Physiotherapy Center "Physioexpert" located in Ampelokipoi. He holds a degree from the TEI of Physiotherapy and is a certified spinal therapist in mechanical diagnosis and therapy using the McKenzie method (cert. MDT). He is certified in manual therapy techniques, chiropractic techniques, and manual therapy for the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders throughout the body. Additionally, he has completed a training program certified by the IMTA (International Association of Maitland Teachers after 4 years of seminars and examinations) in hands-on assessment and treatment techniques (manual therapy—mobilization techniques of joints and muscles with hands) for the treatment of neuro-musculoskeletal problems. He has extensive experience, having worked as a Physiotherapist at the KINESIS physiotherapy clinic and the "Anelixi" Rehabilitation Center, primarily managing neurological cases such as cerebrovascular accidents, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injuries, Parkinson’s disease, polyneuropathies, and others. Furthermore, he has served as an external collaborator at the Euroclinic Athens in the microsurgery and hand and upper limb surgery department, where he also observed surgeries (shoulder and hip arthroplasties, primarily shoulder arthroscopic procedures, and numerous microsurgical operations). Notably, he is engaged in therapy and rehabilitation of amateur and professional athletes across various sports (football, boxing, kickboxing, marathon runners, volleyball, and basketball athletes). Finally, he has participated as a speaker at conferences in Greece and Europe, including the International Sports Medicine Conference under the auspices of FIFA in London and Milan, and was a speaker at the scientific workshop of the Hellenic McKenzie Institute on the topic "Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Ankle Joint".

Kampras Dimitrios is a Sports Medicine Physician with a private practice in Melissia. He is a PhD candidate at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has specialized in Orthopedic Surgery at the A' Orthopedic Department of the General Children's Hospital "P. & A. Kyriakou" and the corresponding department of the General Attica Hospital KAT. He also holds a postgraduate diploma in "Metabolic Bone Diseases - Osteoporosis" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Alongside his private practice, he serves as Deputy Director of the Orthopedic Department at the "Euroclinic Children's Hospital" and collaborates with the "Errikos Dynan" Hospital Center and the Athens Medical Center. Throughout his professional career, he has gained valuable experience and knowledge and currently offers specialized services in his private practice covering the full spectrum of orthopedic cases. Additionally, he has particular expertise in sports injuries, pediatric orthopedics, and reconstructive surgery of major joints, specifically the hip and knee.

Nikolas Bourganos is an Orthopedic Surgeon-Traumatologist at Children's Orthopedic Clinic of Athens Pediatric Center. He is also an external associate of General Orthopedics at Athens Medical Center. He maintains a private practice in Cholargos, Athens. He graduated from Medical School of Larissa and is a PhD candidate of Athens Medical School. He specialized at Amfissa Hospital for one year, where he came into contact and treated a number of sports related injuries. Affterwards, he continued his specialty at KAT Attica General Hospital. During his residency he specialized in Microsurgery and Hand Surgery in the homonymous department of KAT General Hospital, as well as in Children's Orthopedics at Pendeli's Children's Hospital. He has participated in many seminars and conferences in Greece and abroad, while he has publications in international journals. He is a member of the SITEMSH and ISSS global organizations that specialize in treatment and prevention of injuries during Skiing and Snowboarding, while he has carried out publications and presentations focusing on the above mentioned injuries of children, adolescents and adults.

Theodorakopoulos Georgios - Impact Physio is a Physiotherapist who operates a private Physiotherapy clinic in Neo Psychiko. He graduated from the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of Patras and has acquired the title of specialized musculoskeletal physiotherapist by completing his training with the Hellenic OMT Diploma educational institution, recognized by the International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists (IFOMT). Additionally, he has completed the Biomedical Acupuncture program at the University of West Attica and is a certified acupuncture specialist. Mantakos Dimitrios is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains private practices in Ilion and Skala Lakonias. Additionally, he serves as Consultant at the 3rd Orthopedic Clinic of the private hospital HYGEIA and as a Scientific Collaborator at the private hospital MITERA. He studied Medicine at the University of Patras and subsequently completed his postgraduate studies in "Metabolic Bone Diseases" at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has many years of experience, having specialized at the Penteli General Children’s Hospital where he completed training in Pediatric Orthopedics and Traumatology, and at the 1st Orthopedic Clinic of the General Attica Hospital KAT. Gkliatis Georgios is a qualified Physiotherapist from Coventry University, United Kingdom. He has collaborated with the Military Hospital of Special Diseases 414, the Scientific Society of Therapeutic Riding and Hippotherapy of Greece, the Philoktitis Rehabilitation Center, as well as with the sports clubs G.S. Apollon Smyrnis PAE, O.A. Achilleas K. Acharnon, A.O. Pefkis, and A.O. Iliysiakos. He has participated in advanced training seminars for the diagnosis and classification of low back pain, cerebral palsy, prevention and rehabilitation of sports injuries, thoracic outlet syndrome, and specialized topics in the rehabilitation of stroke. He possesses extensive clinical experience applying valid and well-founded rehabilitation methods with modern equipment. He provides home physiotherapy treatments to patients within Attica for the treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and neurological cases. His aim is a personalized approach with empathy and respect for the individual needs of each patient, with the goal of immediate improvement in their functionality and quality of life.

Ο Μακρής Κωνσταντίνος είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός, Τραυματιολόγος, Αθλητίατρος, MD, MSc και διατηρεί το ιδιωτικό του ιατρείο στο Κολωνάκι. Είναι συνεργάτης του Νοσοκομείου «ΥΓΕΙΑ», όπου εφαρμόζει σύγχρονες θεραπευτικές μεθόδους με έμφαση στην εξατομικευμένη φροντίδα των ασθενών του. Pentazos Panagiotis - Nektarios is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Kolonaki. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Timișoara in Romania and specialized in Pediatric Orthopedics at the General Children’s Hospital "Panagiotis & Aglaia Kyriakou" and in Vascular Surgery at the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas." Additionally, he specialized in Plastic Surgery at the Attica General Hospital KAT, Orthopedics at the General Hospital "Asklipieio" Voula, and General Surgery at the General Hospital of Pyrgos "Andreas Papandreou." He completed a fellowship as an Orthopedic Surgeon in the Orthopedic Clinic - Knee Disorders and Sports Injuries Department at the Erasme University Hospital in Brussels. He possesses the "Advanced Trauma Life Support" and “Musculoskeletal Ultrasound” certifications from the American College of Surgeons and the Burwin Institute of Canada, respectively. He specializes in large joint arthroplasty (hip, knee, shoulder), knee and shoulder arthroscopy, and sports injuries. His expertise in the surgery of these joints is attributed to his advanced training in innovative surgical techniques. Additionally, he has served as the Orthopedic Surgeon for the Olympiacos Piraeus women's basketball team (for 2 years) and for "Panionios GS" (for 7 years), and has collaborated with numerous high-level teams and athletes. He is the Deputy Director of the 3rd Orthopedic Clinic at "Hygeia" Hospital and the Athens Center for Arthroscopy and Shoulder Surgery. Mylonas Xrysanthos is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Traumatologist with private practices in Anavyssos, Lavrio, and Glyfada. He holds a degree from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his specialty in General Surgery at the General State Hospital of Nikaia. Throughout his professional career, he served as a Scientific Collaborator at IKA Lavrio for over 15 years. Ο Χρηστογεώργος Πάρις, MD, MSc είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός και Τραυματολόγος με εξειδίκευση στις παθήσεις και τη Χειρουργική της Σπονδυλικής Στήλης. Ο ιατρός είναι απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης και κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος (Master of Science, MSc) στην «Άθληση και Υγεία» με βαθμό Άριστα από την Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Karantoni Vasiliki is a Physiotherapist and Head of the Physiotherapy Center "Physio-Osteo Center" in Ilisia. She holds a degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation from the Catholic University of Louvain (Universite Catholique de Louvain, U.C.L.), Belgium, and possesses two Master's degrees. Specifically, she holds a Master's degree specializing in General Osteopathy of the Joints - a Specialized License in the Sports Environment from the Free University of Brussels (Universite Libre de Bruxelles, U.L.B.), and a Master's degree in Physiotherapy with therapeutic manipulations (Graduate Certificate in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy) from Curtin University in Perth, Australia. She has completed practical training in clinics in Belgium, specifically at the University Hospital of Brussels St. Luc, the St. Pierre Clinic, and the William Lenox Neurological Center. Additionally, she completed her clinical internship in Greece at the General Attica Hospital KAT and at EL.LE.P.A.P.. Το 2024 ολοκλήρωσε με επιτυχία, Χειρουργικό Fellowship, με αντικείμενο τη Χειρουργική Σπονδυλικής Στήλης ελάχιστης επεμβατικότητας (Minimal Invasive Spine Surgery), σε αναγνωρισμένη Κλινική Σπονδυλικής Στήλης, από το παγκόσμιο εκπαιδευτικό δίκτυο Ορθοπεδικής (ΑΟ), στο Okayama Rosai Hospital της Ιαπωνίας, υπό τον Καθηγητή Dr. Masato Tanaka. Ο Ιατρός ειδικεύτηκε και εξειδικεύτηκε στην Γερμανία, αποκτώντας τον τίτλο του Ειδικού Χειρουργού Ορθοπεδικού, κατόπιν εξετάσεων, από τον Ιατρικό Σύλλογο του κρατιδίου του Βρανδεμβούργου (2020).Μετά τη λήψη της ειδικότητάς του, διετέλεσε Επιμελητής Α' Ορθοπεδικής και Τραυματιολογίας σε αναγνωρισμένο κέντρο Τραύματος της Γερμανίας (Sana Klinikum Niederlausitz). Μετά από πολυετή εμπειρία σε πρωτοπόρα Ορθοπεδικά Κέντρα και κέντρα Tραύματος της Γερμανίας, ο Ιατρός υπηρέτησε, ως συνεργάτης, στην Κλινική Σκολίωσης και Σπονδυλικής Στήλης του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου "ΚΑΤ" για ένα έτος (2022). Διαθέτει πληθώρα εμπειρίας και εξειδικεύεται στις χειρουργικές τεχνικές ελάχιστης επεμβατικότητας των παθήσεων και παραμορφώσεων της Σπονδυλικής Στήλης, στην ενδοσκοπική αποσυμπίεση των παθήσεων του Σπονδυλικού καναλιού, στις αρθροπλαστικές μεγάλων αρθρώσεων με πρωτόκολλα ταχείας μετεγχειρητικής αποκατάστασης και στην αρθροσκοπική αποκατάσταση αθλητικών κακώσεων. Το 2022, κατόπιν εξετάσεων, έγινε μέλος της Ευρωπαϊκής Εταιρείας Ορθοπεδικών Χειρουργών ( FEBOT). Ο Σαλαμαλίκης Νικόλαος διατηρεί ιδιωτικό Ιατρείο στους Αμπελοκήπους και στο Περιστέρι, ενώ παράλληλα διατελεί Επιμελητής στο 251 Γενικό Νοσοκομείο της Αεροπορίας.Χειρουργεί ιδιωτικά στο Νοσοκομείο Υγεία, στο Νοσοκομείο Ερρίκος Ντυνάν.Είναι απόφοιτος της Στρατιωτικής Σχολής Αξιωματικών Σωμάτων και της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης (2009).
