Ο Κωνσταντίνος Σούμπασης είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός με μακρά κλινική εμπειρία και εξειδίκευση στη χειρουργική γόνατος και στις αθλητικές κακώσεις, τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και στο εξωτερικό. Υπηρέτησε ως επικουρικός επιμελητής στη Γενική Νοσοκομειακή Μονάδα Σπάρτης. Με στόχο τη διαρκή επιστημονική εξέλιξη, μετεκπαιδεύτηκε στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο στη Χειρουργική Γόνατος, στο Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital και στο Lister Hospital in Stevenage, όπου διατηρεί έως σήμερα ενεργό ρόλο ως επιστημονικός συνεργάτης. Κατά την παραμονή του στη Βρετανία, απέκτησε εις βάθος εμπειρία σε σύγχρονες και ελάχιστα επεμβατικές τεχνικές, τις οποίες εφαρμόζει με συνέπεια στην κλινική του πράξη.
