Kyrxanidis Georgios is an Orthopedic Surgeon and maintains a private practice in Palaio Faliro. He graduated in Medicine from the First Moscow State Medical University - Sechenov, Russia. During his specialty training, he demonstrated a strong inclination towards surgery, participating in numerous operations and earning recognition for his proficiency in trauma management. Immediately after obtaining his specialty title, he was appointed as a permanent consultant at the Minimal Access Surgery Unit of the I.R.C.C.S. GSD Hospital, Milan, Italy, under Professor - Director Prof. Pietro Randelli. He began his specialty in Sports Medicine at the University Hospital, Catanzaro, Italy, after competitive examinations, holding a salaried position - scholarship funded by the E.U., under the direction of Professor Prof. Pietro Scotto di Vettimo. In his first year of specialization, he trained at the University Hospital, Chieti, Italy, in the Sports Medicine Department under the direction of Professor Prof. Leonardo Vecchiet.
