Her specialization was completed at leading tertiary care hospitals in Germany, including the University Hospital of Cologne (Uniklinik Köln) and the University Hospital of Düsseldorf (Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf), where she was trained in all modern diagnostic and therapeutic methods of Cardiology, with particular emphasis on Interventional Cardiology, Intensive Care, and Arrhythmology.

After completing her specialty, she served as a Specialist Cardiologist at the University Hospital of Düsseldorf, undertaking increased clinical and scientific responsibilities, including leadership of the Arrhythmia Clinic and supervision of the Echocardiography Laboratory.
