She has served as the Scientific Director of the ENT Clinic at Affidea Kallithea and is a collaborating surgeon at ORL Athens Clinic and Metropolitan Hospital.

Ο Φουντουλάκης Εμμανουήλ είναι Χειρουργός Ωτορινολαρυγγολόγος - Παιδο-ΩΡΛ και διατηρεί ιδιωτικά ιατρεία στην Πετρούπολη και στο Ελληνικό.

Είναι αριστούχος πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Νάπολης Ιταλίας. Ειδικεύτηκε στην Ωτορινολαρυγγολογία στην πανεπιστημιακή ΩΡΛ κλινική του Πανεπιστημιακού Νοσοκομείου Ηρακλείου.

Είναι επιμελητής παιδο-ΩΡΛ του ΙΑΣΩ Παίδων και επιστημονικός συνεργάτης του ΙΑΣΩ και της Κεντρικής Κλινικής Αθηνών.

Ο ιατρός, από το 2013, στα ιδιωτικά του ιατρεία αντιμετωπίζει πλήθος περιστατικών ενηλίκων και παίδων που άπτονται όλου του φάσματος της ειδικότητάς του.
