Η Λιανού Κατερίνα είναι Φυσικοθεραπεύτρια , Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνη και Συνιδρύτρια του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας " JP FITNESS " στην Καλλιθέα, από το 2018 έως και σήμερα. 

Ήταν συνιδρύτρια και επιστημονική υπεύθυνη του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας “Κίνηση & Θεραπεία” από το 2004 έως και το 2017.

Είναι βασική καθηγήτρια : της “Studio One Sports & Fitness School, με αντικείμενο: την Αθλητική Tραυματιολογία, Ανατομία και Εμβιομηχανική από το 2010 έως και σήμερα στα διπλώματα Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga.

Ήταν βασική καθηγήτρια : στη σχολή “Athens Yoga” με αντικείμενο ανατομία και κινησιολογία στο δίπλωμα της Yoga από το 2012 έως και το 2019 και βασική καθηγήτρια σε workshops με θέμα Myofascial Release And Trigger Point Therapy από το 2016 έως και σήμερα.

Έχει συμμετάσχει στην συγγραφή του εγχειριδίου: του Studio One, στην ειδικότητα του personal training στο κομμάτι της Αθλητικής Τραυματολογίας και των Ειδικών Πληθυσμών, αλλά και στη συγγραφή και έκδοση βιβλίου με τη συμμετοχή του καθηγητή Dr V.Zelev με θέμα ασκήσεις με Swiss Ball σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Αριθμεί πολλές δημοσιεύσεις και έχει υπάρξει ομιλήτρια σε δεκάδες συνέδρια.

Ενδεικτικά αναφέρονται τα 3 πανελλαδικής εμβέλειας που παρακολούθησαν πάνω από 4000 άτομα “Health and Fitness Experts Digital Meeting I II III 2020-2023.

Είναι απόφοιτη του Πανεπιστημίου N.S.A με ειδικότητα φυσικοθεραπείας, βαθμό κλινικής πρακτικής άριστα και θέμα διπλωματικής εργασίας : " κινησιοθεραπεία μετά από μηχανική βλάβη του περονιαίου νεύρου" στην οποία αρίστευσε.

Απόκτησε την εργασιακή της εμπειρία: σε κέντρο Αποκατάστασης και στο “Ερρίκος Ντυνάν” Hospital Center, ασχολούμενη με ασθενείς με αθλητικές κακώσεις, μυοσκελετικά, νευρολογικά, καρδιαγγειακά και αναπνευστικά προβλήματα επί σειρά ετών.

Έχει εκπονήσει διδακτορικό τίτλο με θέμα : την αντιμετώπιση του αντανακλαστικού πόνου στην οσφυϊκή μοίρα της σπονδυλικής στήλης σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Dilaris Emmanouil is a Physiotherapist who operates a private clinic in Nea Ionia. He studied Physiotherapy at the National Academy of Sports Vasil Levski in Sofia. Additionally, he has completed postgraduate seminars in "MANUAL THERAPY" and acupuncture - McKenzie seminars. He possesses significant experience in T.E.N.S, crossed currents, microwave diathermy, diadynamic currents, McKenzie exercises, Manual therapy, and other techniques. Athanasiou Martha is a Physiotherapist. She holds a degree from the Department of Physiotherapy at the Technological Educational Institute of Patras and completed her clinical practice at the Attica General Hospital KAT. She is specialized in exercise, certified as a Pilates Instructor (AF Studies - PMA), in Clinical Pilates (KEDIVIM Epimorfosis - EOPPEP), and as a Personal Trainer (HNFC - NASM). Additionally, she holds a diploma in Biomedical Acupuncture from the University of West Attica and has been trained in Manual Therapy at a school certified by the International Federation of Orthopaedic Manipulative Physical Therapists (IFOMPT), deepening her expertise in the assessment and management of musculoskeletal disorders. Currently, she is a postgraduate student at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, enrolled in the program "Algology: Pain Management - Diagnosis and Treatment - Pharmacological, Interventional, and Other Techniques," aiming at the treatment of acute and chronic pain. She has worked in physiotherapy centers, private clinics, and provided home-based therapies. Her goal is the management and treatment of acute and chronic pain through a holistic and individualized physiotherapeutic approach. Through comprehensive medical history taking and detailed clinical evaluation, she designs and implements personalized treatment programs tailored to the needs and objectives of each patient, aiming to improve functionality and quality of life.

Gidas Dimitrios is a Physiotherapist who runs a private physiotherapy clinic in Elefsina. Additionally, he serves as a Physiotherapist in the ICU of the Athens Bioclinic. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy and a diploma in Specialized Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (Manual Therapy Diploma). He also has a specialization in Biomedical Acupuncture from the Hellenic Physiotherapy Society of Algology at the University of West Attica (UniWA) and has received further training in Biomedical and Traditional Acupuncture at Shanghai University. Aggoules Antonios MD, PhD is an Orthopedic Surgeon and Acupuncturist, maintaining a private practice in Neo Psychiko. He holds a doctoral degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as a medical degree from the same institution. He completed his specialty training in Orthopedics at the "Asklepieio" Voula Hospital, the "P. & A. Kyriakou" Children’s Hospital, and "Agios Savvas" Hospital, followed by further training at the Academic Unit of Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgery at Leeds General Infirmary, supported by a scholarship from the Hellenic Society of Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology. The doctor has extensive experience in sports injuries, traumatology, knee surgery, low back pain, neck pain, and medical acupuncture, holding certification in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Medical Acupuncture from the AcuScience International Postgraduate Center on Acupuncture. He collaborates with reputable private healthcare institutions and concurrently teaches in higher education. His scientific contributions include publications in international and recognized Greek medical journals, as well as numerous presentations at medical conferences concerning orthopedic-traumatologic and rehabilitation topics. Pappa Lina is an Acupuncturist who operates a private clinic specializing in Acupuncture and Aesthetic Medicine in Agia Paraskevi. She holds a medical degree from the G. D'Annunzio Medical School in Chieti, Italy, with postgraduate training at the International Council of Medical Acupuncture and Related Techniques (ICMART) and at the European Cosmetic Academy of Chinese Acupuncture (Dr. Radha Thambirajah). The physician has extensive experience in pain management and aesthetic medicine and has also obtained relevant certification from the Italian School of Mesotherapy. Papagiannaki Kanela & Associates is a physiotherapist and operates scientific physiotherapy centers in Pangrati and Neo Heraklio. She holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the University of West Attica. She has specialized in many areas of her field, as well as in various therapeutic methods aimed at improving and treating different conditions of her patients. During her studies, she completed her practical training in public hospitals, where she gained experience in cases from various medical specialties, such as orthopedics, neurology, pathology, and sports medicine. In the past, she also volunteered at various physiotherapy and rehabilitation centers. Additionally, she has served as a scientific collaborator at Aegean College and the Metropolitan College of Athens, as well as a scientific advisor to major gyms and sports clubs. Physio Heal Tsomi Despoina is a graduate of the Department of Physiotherapy at the Athens University of Applied Sciences. She also holds a degree in Business Administration from the Athens College of Economics. She has 14 years of experience gained through her work in military and public hospitals (401 General Military Hospital of Athens, 251 General Hospital of Athens, Asklipieio Voula, E.I.A.A), as well as at the University Hospital of Valencia “La Fe,” at the Physis clinic, and with the Llevant sports team in Spain. She has also volunteered at N.N.A and worked as a physiotherapist in private therapy centers. She has been trained in acupuncture therapy, Clinical Pilates, manual therapy, and the Schroth method.

She specializes and has experience in neurological, musculoskeletal, respiratory, and gynecological rehabilitation through accurate assessment. Since 2010, she has been a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists (PSF).

Giannoulakis Dimitris PT, OMPT, NDT is the founder and scientific director of the physiotherapy center Physio Giannoulakis, operating since 2017 in Athens.

He graduated as a physiotherapist in 2008 and is a certified physiotherapist in neurological physiotherapy, sports physiotherapy, and acupuncture.

He has served as a head of rehabilitation centers in Greece and Germany, a permanent collaborator of a private hospital in Athens, and physiotherapist for football teams in Greece and abroad. Η Μίγκου Στεφανία MD, MSc είναι Στρατιωτικός γιατρός - Φυσίατρος - Ομοιοπαθητικός και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Νέο Ηράκλειο. Prokopi Nikoletta is a Physiotherapist and the Scientific Director of the private Physiotherapy Center "ProkopiPhysio" located in Ampelokipoi. She holds a degree from the Technological Educational Institute of Physiotherapy, a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Patras, and is a laboratory collaborator at the Department of Physiotherapy of the University of Western Greece. She has received postgraduate training in Gynecological Physiotherapy and is a certified Pelvic Floor Trainer (PFT) for pelvic floor rehabilitation. Triantafyllia Dimou is a Acupuncturist - Algologist - Pain Clinic Physician, Scientific Director of Therapia Specialists, and maintains private practices in Glyfada and Chalandri. She holds a medical degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a specialization in Anesthesiology and further training in Pain Management at Queen’s Medical Center and City Hospital Nottingham, United Kingdom. She has clinical experience at both City Hospital Nottingham and the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos." She is an active member of Greek and international scientific societies, including the Hellenic Society of Algology, the Hellenic Society of Anesthesiology, the International Association for the Study of Pain, the British Pain Society, the British Acupuncture Society, the International Neuromodulation Society, and the British Association of Medical Hypnosis, and she is also registered in the Cyprus Medical Registry.

Papadopoulou Elina is a physician specializing in General Family Medicine. She operates her private practice, “FamilyMed Center,” in Argos and Kiveri. She specialized at the General Hospital of Athens “G. Gennimatas.” She has received additional training in emergency prehospital medicine, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, and infections. She is also trained in medical acupuncture. She holds a Master of Science degree in Occupational and Environmental Health from the National School of Public Health. She worked for 20 years in the National Health System (ESY), the last 12 years as a Consultant at the Lygourio Health Center, with on-call duties at the Nafplio and Argos Hospitals. She held the positions of coordinator of the 1st Local Health Unit (TOMY) of Argos and supervisor for the National Public Health Organization (EODY) for the Argolis Prefecture (KOMY) during the pandemic. She has attended numerous conferences and has produced a significant number of papers related to the broader field of primary health care.

Kemeridou Aikaterini is a Physiotherapist and the scientific director of the “Viokinisi” Physiotherapy Center in Nea Ionia. She studied Physiotherapy at the Athens Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) and graduated in 1990. She continuously enriches her knowledge by attending conferences and scientific seminars on specialized topics within the field of physiotherapy. Physiospecialists - Lourida Antonia is a Physiotherapist and has operated a private physiotherapy clinic in Zephyri since 2005. She graduated from the Athens University of Applied Sciences in 1995. She has specialized in incontinence and pelvic pain therapies, as well as in upper limb rehabilitation (hand therapy). She is a member of the Hellenic Association of Physiotherapists and a board member of the Hellenic Scientific Society of Physiotherapy. Additionally, she practices medical acupuncture, having been trained and certified by the International Acupuncture Medical Association (ICMART).

She has served as the scientific director of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation department in major private healthcare facilities, such as Metropolitan General and the "Lefkos Stavros" Clinic, while also gaining valuable experience in the public sector with training at prominent hospitals including the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos" - Polyclinic, the General Hospital of Attica "Sismanogleio," and the General Hospital of Attica KAT.

Dr. Koraka Christina is an Anesthesiologist with a private practice in the Ampelokipoi area. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed her anesthesiology specialty at the General Hospital of Athens "Hippokration" in 2005. For many years, she has been involved in clinical anesthesiology, performing numerous surgical procedures in collaboration with surgeons from various specialties at multiple private hospitals. Since 2014, she has maintained her own private pain clinic, focusing almost exclusively on the relief and management of chronic pain.
