Πιθανότατα ναι κάνε 2-3μηνες διατροφή ξανά μέτρα την χοληστερίνη και αν δεν είναι κάτω από 120 η ldl ή αν πιστεύεις πως δεν μπορείς να είσαι για ΠΑΝΤΑ σε καθεστώς διατροφής ξεκινα χαπι
