Αν εννοείτε 47 mg, η LDL είναι ήδη πολύ χαμηλή. Μήπως έχετε αγγειακή νόσο ή έχετε περάσει κάποιο επεισόδιο και γι' αυτό ο γιατρός σύστησε χάπι...

Θεωρω ότι με ολική χοληστερίνη 216 η τιμή ldl 47 μάλλον είναι λαθος

Προφανώς εννοείς LDL 147.Αν θεωρείς ότι η διατροφή σου δεν σηκώνει βελτίωση (δηλ λιγότερα λιπαρα από τυριά,αλλαντικά γλυκά κτλ) ναι θέλει χάπι.Αν πιστεύεις πως δεν προσεχες και τώρα θα κάνεις ΜΟΝΙΜΕΣ αλλαγες άλλαξε τη διατροφή σου και κάνε επανάκτηση σε 2-2,5 μηνες
