Τι να κάνω για αυξημένη LDL χοληστερόλη και χαμηλή D βιταμίνη στα 41;
Καλημέρα είμαι γυναίκα 41 ετών και εκτός και από τη χαμηλή D παρουσίασα τα εξής αποτελέσματα: ολική χοληστερόλη 174, καλή 62, κακή 111, τριγλυκερίδια 61. Ενώ πάντα κυμαινόμουν εδώ: ολική 165, καλή 68, κακή 84, τριγλυκερίδια 45. Και μπορώ να πω ότι σε προηγούμενες περιόδους η διατροφή μου μπορεί να ήταν ακόμα πιο κακή. Αυτόν τον καιρό τρέφομαι σχετικά υγιεινά. Τί πρέπει να κάνω;
