Τι αλλαγές στη διατροφή να κάνω με αθηρωματικό δείκτη 5,4 και τριγλυκερίδια 448;
Καλησπέρα είμαι 37 ετών άνδρας 1,81 ύψος με 95 κιλά έκανα εξετάσεις αθηρωματικός δείκτης 5,4 με LDL 78 HDL 38 τριγλυκερίδια 448 Non-HDL-C 168,0 Ολικά λιπίδια 1308,0 !!! Το πρωί δεν τρώω συνήθως τίποτα μόνο μεσημέρι και βράδυ. Κόκκινο κρέας 3-4 φορές τον μήνα μικρή-μέτρια ποσότητα. Όσπρια αρκετά. φρούτα αρκετά Ψωμί μόνο λαδερά 2-3 φέτες τόστ, πατάτες συχνά μικρή ποσότητα, μακαρόνια ρύζι σπανιότερα. γλυκό καθημερινά!. απόγευμα 1 καφέ στέβια, βράδυ από έξω σφολιάτες ή τσάι φρυγανιές ταχίνι ή γαριδάκια ή μπισκότα κτλ. Τι πιστεύετε ότι πρέπει να κάνω? Ευχαριστώ.

Το μόνο λάθος που βλέπω να κάνεις είναι τα γαριδάκια και αυτά δεν πειράζουν αν είναι που και που.θα χρειαστείς να πάρεις το lipidil ή κάτι παρόμοιο
