Πρέπει να πάρω χάπια για χοληστερίνη με τιμές 202 ολική, 51 HDL, 124 LDL;

Καλησπέρα είμαι 48 χρονών καπνίζω 8 τσιγάρα την ημέρα και είμαι πολύ αγχώδης. Κάθε χρόνο κάνω γενικές αίματος ποτέ δεν είχα πρόβλημα με την χοληστερίνη. Αυτή τη φορά ήταν η ολική χοληστερίνη 202 HDL 51 LDL 124 Non HDL- 151 και τριγλυκερίδια 136. Πρέπει να πάρω χάπια?
