Καλησπέρα σας. Σε πρόσφατες εξετάσεις βρέθηκε χοληστερόλη ολική 228 με LDL 136 και HDL 77. Τα τριγλυκερίδια στο 76. Είμαι 46 χρονών 80 κιλά και δεν καπνίζω . Θα χρειαστεί να πάρω αγωγη΄?

Όχι γιατί έχεις καλή τιμή της HDL.Θα ήθελα βέβαια το LDL να ήτανπιο χαμηλό.Προσοχη στα λιπαρα
