Πρέπει να παίρνω Plavix και Σαλοσπίρη μαζί; Ενοχλήσεις στο στομάχι.
Καλησπέρα! Είμαι γυναίκα 56 ετών και ο καρδιολόγος μου συνέστησε να πάρω platorel 5mg και Σαλοσπίρη 100mg καθημερινά, λόγω χοληστερίνης και αθηρωματικής πλάκας στην καρωτίδα! Μου είπε να παίρνω τη στατίνη το βράδυ και τη Σαλοσπίρη όποια ώρα θέλω. Εγώ τα πήρα και τα δύο το βράδυ με διαφορά μισής ώρας. Τη δεύτερη μέρα είχα κάποιες ενοχλήσεις στην κοιλιά και το στομάχι. Δεν ξέρω αν είναι τυχαίο ή οφείλεται σε κάποιο απ' τα δύο. Μήπως δεν πρέπει να τα παίρνω μαζί;

Plavix και salospir μαζί? είναι υπερβολή και διατρέχετε κίνυνο γαστρορραγίας. Αυτη η αγωγή δίνεται σε στεφανιαίους ασθενείς μετά απο αγγειοπλαστική, δηλαδή τοποθέτησης stent. Σε μια σχετικά νέα γυναίκα χωρίς στεφανιαία νόσο γιατί? Και διαβητική να ήσασταν στην πρωτογενή πρόληψη καρδιαγγειακών ποτέ δεν δίνουμε και τα 2 αντιαιμοπεταλιακά φάρμακα μαζί. Ο κίνδυνος γαστρορραγίας, μάλιστα χωρίς γαστροπροστασία, μπορεί να είναι μεγαλύτερος από το όφελος της αγωγής.

Κάποιο λάθος κάνεις γιατί κανένα από τα δύο φάρμακα δεν είναι στατινη πρώτο και κυριότερο και δεύτερον δεν υπάρχει Plavix 5
