Πρέπει να ανησυχήσω για χοληστερόλη 241 και LDL 143 στα 54 μου;

Είμαι 54 ετών. Δεν έκανα κάποια διατροφή, με γλυκόζη 95 Ολική χοληστερόλη 241 Τριγλυκερίδια 74 Hdl 69 Ldl 143 Λιποπρωτεΐνη 3 Non hdl 172 Σας παρακαλώ θα πρέπει να ανησυχήσω? πρέπει να ξεκινήσω φάρμακα? Δεν καπνίζω είμαι 57 κιλά περπατάω καθημερινά 45λ. σας ευχαριστώ πολύ

  • Ξεκινα διατροφή και αν δεν δεις πτώση της ldl τότε ξεκινα φαρμακευτική αγωγή. Ετσι και αλλιώς δεν βλέπω άλλους επιβαρυντικους παράγοντες να εχεις
