Πώς να βελτιώσω χοληστερίνη και τριγλυκερίδια στα 42, ηλεκτρολόγος;
Καλημέρα. Έκανα εξετάσεις πριν τρεις μήνες και είχα χοληστερίνη 230, καλή 36, κακή 164 και τριγλυκερίδια 148. Τις επανέλαβα τώρα και είχα χοληστερίνη 246, καλή 44, κακή 170 και τριγλυκερίδια 155. Να σημειώσω ότι είμαι 1,75 μ και 75 κιλά. Ηλικία 42 ετών. Στην εργασία μου κινούμαι συνεχώς. Είμαι ηλεκτρολόγος. Δεν καπνίζω. Πιστεύω οι εξετάσεις μου είναι πολύ κακές. Εσείς τι μου προτείνετε;;
