Να ανησυχώ για χοληστερόλη 240 και LDL 157 στα 52 χωρίς εμμηνόπαυση;

Καλησπέρα σας. Εκανα τις προληπτικές εξετάσεις καρδιαγγειακων νοσημάτων και έδειξαν Ολική χοληστερόλη 240, Τριγλυκερίδια 74, HDL C 74, LDL C 157, λιποπρωτεινη ΛΠα 69 & Νοn HDL Χοληστερόλη 166. Είμαι 52 ετών δεν έχω ακόμη μπει σε εμμηνοπαυση, ύψος 165 και βάρως 56 κιλα και αθλούμαι 3 φορές την εβδομάδα. Δεν καπνίζω... να ανησυχώ? ευχαριστώ πολύ

  • Δεν είναι πολύ καλά τα νούμερα σου.Παρολο που το HDL είναι πολύ καλό το LDL έχει ξεφύγει το ίδιο βέβαια και η LPa αυτή βέβαια ελάχιστα μπορείς να την αλλάξεις οπότε καλύτερη διατροφή και αν δεν φτάνει και φαρμακευτική αγωγή να πέσει το LDL
