Καλησπέρα! Είμαι 46 χρόνων. Πήρα τα αποτελέσματα κ έχω 240 χοληστερίνη. Είναι πολύ ψηλή; Κ επίσης έχω έλλειψη B12,υπάρχει περίπτωση να με μουδιάζουν τα χερια απ' την έλλειψη βιταμίνης; νιώθω ένα μυρμυγκιασμα σχεδόν όλη την διάρκεια της ημερας... Ευχαριστώ!

240 χοληστερίνη είναι υψηλη αλλά καλά θα ήταν να γνωριζουμε και τα επιμέρους στοιχεία (καλή,κακή,τριγλυκεριδια)
