Πρέπει να αυξήσετε τη δόση στα 40mg

Δεν αναφέρετε ηλικία, φύλο, αν καπνίζετε... Η LDL πρέπει να μειωθεί τουλα΄χιστον στα 115 mg, επομένως πρέπει να αυξήσετε τη δόση του φαρμάκου και να ακολουθήσετε ελαφρά σε λίπη διατροφή

Κατά πάσα πιθανότητα μεγαλύτερη δόση υπολιπιδαιμικού φαρμάκου.

Να αυξήσεις αρχικά τη δόση του Lipitor στα 40 mg. Να διατηρείς bmi 20-25. Ιδανικά 150 λεπτά την εβδομάδα περπάτημα και σωστή διατροφή.

Χρειάζεται να αξιολογηθείτε ξανά από παθολόγο γιατί δεν έχετε φτάσει το στόχο σας στην LDL. υπάρχει κατάταξη με βάσει την οποία οι ασθενείς κατατάσσονται σε χαμηλού μετρίου ή υψηλού κινδύνου για καρδιαγγεικα συμβάματα κ βάσει αυτού βγαίνει ο στόχος για την LDL.

Να σταματήσεις το κάπνισμα αν καπνιζεις και να χάσεις κιλά αν έχεις BMI πάνω από 25
