Είμαι γυναίκα 32 ετών. Στις εξετάσεις βρέθηκε: Ολική χοληστερόλη 191, LDL 155, HDL 34, Τριγλυκερίδια 89. Ο γιατρός μου έδωσε στατίνες Crestilen 10mg. Θα ήθελα παρακαλώ πολύ και την δική σας άποψη. Θεωρείτε ότι είναι απαραίτητο το χάπι σε αυτή τη περίπτωση; Δεν υπάρχει καμία πιθανότητα να φτιάξουν οι τιμές με διατροφή και άσκηση;;”

Δεν θεωρώ απαραίτητη την αγωγή. Άσκηση, δίαιτα κι επανέλεγχος.

Ναι υπάρχει πιθανότητα να φτιάξουν οι τιμές με διατροφή και ασκηση που πρέπει όμως να ακολουθείς αυτό το πρόγραμμα για ΠΑΝΤΑ.Δεν είναι σαν την δίαιτα που όταν φτάσουμε στα κιλά που θέλουμε σταματάμε.Το ακολουθούμε ΕΦ ΟΡΟΥ ΖΩΗΣ.Προσπαθησε και ανάλογα με τα αποτελέσματα αποφασισε
