Καλημέρα σας είμαι 72 χρονών ύψος 1,70 και 83 κιλά την κακή χοληστερίνη την έχω 212 την καλή χοληστερίνη την έχω 81 την ολική 118 τριγλυκερίδια 62 Αθηρωματικός δείκτης 2.61 δεν έχω πίεση ούτε ζάχαρο δεν καπνίζω Περπατάω τουλάχιστον μισή ώρα την ημέρα θέλω να την άποψή σας αν μπορώ να κάνω κάτι επιπλέον ευχαριστώ πολύ εκ των προτέρων
