Είμαι 54, στην εμμηνόπαυση, με χοληστερόλη 185 και άγχος - τι να κάνω;

Είμαι 54,μπηκα στην εμμηνόπαυση εδώ και δυο χρόνια... Προσεχω την διατροφή μου περπατάω κάθε μέρα. Εκανα προσφατα εξετάσεις αίματος και έχω χοληστερόλη ολική 185.οι υπόλοιπες είναι φυσιολογικές. Επίσης εκανα γενικη ουρων και βγήκε αιμοσφαιρίνη θετική +. Έχω άγχος και στρες η αληθεια ειναι.. Τι πρεπει να κάνω;
