μπορειτε να κανετε 3 μηνες διατροφη και να επαναλαβετε τις εξετασεις μετα, συνηθως οι τιμες αλλαζουν οταν εχουμε πιο ισορροπημενο διαιτολογιο σε συνδυασμο με ασκηση
