Είμαι άνδρας 48 ετων με ολική χοληστερίνη 257 ,ΗDL 49, LDL192 τριγλυκεριδια 135 και παίρνω χάπι euthyrox 112 γιατί έχω χάσιμοτο .Θεωρείτε πτι είναι επιτακτική η λήψη φαρμακευτική αγωγής ή με άσκηση και σωστή διατροφή θα πέσει η χοληστερίνη?
