Υψηλή κορτιζόλη-προλακτίνη, χαμηλή τεστοστερόνη: λύσεις για 27χρονο;
Έπειτα από εξετάσεις παρατήρησα υψηλή κορτιζόλη και προλακτίνη στα ανώτερα φυσιολογικά ενώ η τεστοστερόνη μου με δείκτες 1.75 - 7.81 ήταν 4.89 (είναι χαμηλά ή ικανοποιητικά για την ηλικία μου;; 27 ετών) τι μπορώ να κάνω για να μειώσω τα άλλα 2 και να αυξήσω την τεστο; παρατηρώ κάποιες φορές (όχι συχνά, αλλά σπάνια) χαλαρή στύση και σκέφτομαι μήπως φταίνε οι αυξημένοι δείκτες κορτιζόλης-προλακτίνης, υπάρχει τέτοια περίπτωση; μπορεί ο μη ποιοτικός ή λίγος ύπνος να παίζει καθοριστικό ρόλο; τι άλλο μπορώ να κάνω; σας ευχαριστώ!

Σαφώς και ο λίγος ύπνος μπορεί να δημιουργήσει τέτοιο είδους προβλήματα διορθώστε πρώτα αυτό και κατόπιν αν επιμένει το πρόβλημα θα πρέπει να απευθυνθείτε σε ουρολόγο
