Προβλήματα στύσης και δυσκολία ούρησης σε αγχώδη 25χρονο άνδρα

Καλησπέρα. Είμαι 25 χρονών και από τότε που άρχισα να έχω σεξουαλική ζωή παρατηρώ μόνιμα προβλήματα στύσης. Είτε δεν έχουν διάρκεια είτε είναι μέτριες είτε δεν μπορεί να σηκωθεί καθόλου. Πρωινές στύσεις έχω σπάνια. Ακόμα και μόνος μου τα τελευταία χρόνια η στύση είναι μέτρια χωρίς διάρκεια. Επίσης αργώ πάρα πολύ να κατουρήσω και όταν είμαι έξω ζορίζομαι πάρα πολύ για να τα καταφέρω. Γενικά είμαι πολύ αγχώδης άνθρωπος. Λόγω αυτού του θέματος αποφεύγω πλέον και τη σεξουαλική επαφή λόγω φόβου προβλήματος. Τι προτείνετε και τι πιστεύετε ότι συμβαίνει; Ευχαριστώ
