Πρόωρη εκσπερμάτωση μετά από 10 χρόνια: είναι σωστή η αγωγή με paroxetin;

Καλησπέρα.. Είμαι εδώ και δέκα χρόνια με τη γυναίκα μου χωρίς να αντιμετωπίζω κάποιο πρόβλημα με την πρόωρη εκσπερμάτωση.. Εδώ και λίγο καιρό δηλαδή περίπου 3 μήνες έχω εκσπερμάτωση πριν τη διείσδυση και δεν ξέρω πώς να το χειριστώ... έχω κάνει όλες τις εξετάσεις και είναι καθαρές.. ο ουρολόγος μου είπε να ξεκινήσω paroxetin 20mg για 2 βδομάδες και αν χρειαστεί tadalafil 5mg πριν τη σεξουαλική πράξη .. Δοκίμασα πριν από αυτά priligy 30mg χωρίς να δω κάποια αλλαγή.. θα ήθελα να ακούσω κάποια γνώμη και αν είναι σωστό να ξεκινήσω αυτή την αγωγή
