Ουρολόγοι-ανδρολόγοι, απώλεια στύσης και πόνος προστάτη σε 20χρονο

Καλησπέρα σας, προς ουρολόγους-ανδρολόγους, 20 χρονών εδώ και ένα χρόνο έχω χάσει τις νυχτερινές αλλά και την πρωινή στύση, ενώ το τελευταίο 3μηνο παρατηρώ παράλληλα & πόνο στην περιοχή του προστάτη, όπου άλλες φορές είναι οξύς,άλλες φορές με πιάνει και με αφήνει και άλλες φορές έχει μορφή ενόχλισης.Δεν υπάρχει κάποιο ΣΜΝ, ενώ παρατηρώ και μειωμένη σεξουαλική επιθυμία αυτό το διάστημα καθώς και 'πιο χαλαρη' στύση.
