Δεν γίνεται διάγνωση γονορροιας από τεστ Παπ. Μόνο με λήψη ουρηθρικου/κολπικού εκκριματος ή ούρων και ειδική εξέταση για γονοκοκκο. Μπορεί να προκαλέσει διόγκωση βουβωνικων λεμφαδενων

Καλησπέρα σας. Το τεστ παπ γίνεται αποκλειστικά για τη διάγνωση λοιμώξεων από τον hpv. Για την διάγνωση των υπόλοιπων σεξουαλικά μεταδιδόμενων νοσημάτων κάνουμε καλλιέργεια κολπικού υγρού. Το ίδιο και για την γονορροια. Η διόγκωση των βουβωνικων λεμφαδενων είναι σπάνια. Προσωπικά εγώ δεν έχω δει ποτέ διόγκωση των λεμφαδενων από γονορροια. Αυτή παρατηρείται συνηθεστερα σε άλλες λοιμώξεις των γεννητικών οργάνων όπως η σύφιλη κα. Ελπίζω να σας ξεκαθάρισα λίγο την κατάσταση και να βοήθησα με την απάντηση μου.
