Επιβαρύνεται η σκολίωση από εργασία με βάρη και ορθοστασία;
Καλησπέρα ,έχω σκολίωση περίπου 10 εκατοστά ,εργάζομαι σε σούπερ μάρκετ και σηκώνω πολλά Βάρη με 8 ώρες ορθοστασία .Επιβαρύνεται η σκολίωση από την εργασία μου ?

Καλησπέρα σας.
Είναι μάλλον δύσκολο να πει κάνεις. Ο ένας λόγο; Είναι ότι δεν γνωρίζουμε τι προκαλεί την σκολίωση επομένως δεν είμαστε σίγουροι χειροτερεύει .
Από το να καθοσασταν όλη μέρα ας ένα γραφειο είναι μάλλον καλύτερα. Ωστόσο θέλει λίγο προσοχή και ταυτόχρονα άσκηση (εκτός δουλειάς ) ώστε να μπορειτε να κάνετε την δουλειά σας χώρις ιδιαίτερα συμπτώματα. Η τακτική άσκηση θα σας βοηθήσει πολύ. Είναι πολύ χρήσιμο να κάνετε ασκησιολόγιο για την σκολίωση συγκεκριμένα με έναν εξειδικευμένο φυσικοθεραπευτή.
