Περίπτωση μη χρήσης μασελάκι μετά σιδεράκια: Έχει νόημα να το φοράω τώρα;
Έχω βγάλει τα σιδεράκια πριν σχεδόν 2 χρόνια και αμέλησα να φοράω το μασελακι μου. Τώρα που το ξανά βρηκα το φόρεσα.. δεν υπηρχε πλέον την ίδια άνεση προφανώς στη τοποθέτηση όμως το φόρεσα. Αν το φοράω κανονικά από δω και πέρα θα βοηθήσει απλα στη διατηρηση της τωρα θεσης ή οχι;

Αν ενοχλούνε πάτε στο γιατρό σας να σας δει. Αλλιώς τα φοράτε και κρατάνε τα δόντια στη θέση τους.

Καλησπέρα! Ισως επαναφέρει και τα δόντια σας στην θέση που ήταν όταν βγάλατε τα σιδεράκια εάν εφαρμόζουν έστω και με λίγη πίεση. Αλλά τον πρώτο καιρό θα πρέπει να τα φοράτε περίσσοτερες ώρες και όχι μόνο το βράδυ.
