Χρόνιος πόνος στη μέση και γλουτούς με θετικά ΑΝΑ: Αγκυλοποιητική σπονδυλαρθρίτιδα;
Γειά σας, έχω χρόνιο πόνο στη μέση χαμηλά προς γλουτούς και στους μηρούς μπροστά μέχρι τα γόνατα. Πρωινή δυσκαμψία και ο πόνος έρχεται κυρίως στην κατάκλιση και βελτιώνεται με την κίνηση. Επίσης αίσθηση βελονών στις φτέρνες. Έκανα ακτινογραφία ιερολαγόνιων και δείχνει σκλήρυνση των αρθρώσεων. ΑΝΑ θετικά 1/160 λεπτό στικτό. Ra test, ΤΚΕ, crp, HLAB27 και πολλές αιματολογικές για διάφορα αυτοάνοσα, αρνητικά όλα. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι αγκυλοποιητική σπονδυλαρθρίτιδα;

΄Ενας ρευματολόγος από την κλινική εξέταση και την απλή ακτινογραφία ιερολαγονίων θα μπορούσε να βάλει ή να αποκλείσει τη διάγνωση της αγκυλοποιητικής σπονδυλίτιδας. Σε περίπτωση όμως που υπάρχουν ερωτηματικά, μια MRI ιερολαγονίων θα έβαζε ή θα απέκλειε τη διάγνωση.
