Ρευματική πολυμυαλγία, CRP 10 χωρίς βελτίωση με Medrol, άλλες παθήσεις;

Γεια σας! Ο ρευματολογος βάσει συμπτωμάτων και CRP 10 όλα τα αλλά αιματολογικά φυσιολογικά διέγνωσε ρευματική Πολυμυαλγια κσι μου έδωσε medrol 16 που παίρνω 5 ημέρες χωρίς όμως αισθητή βελτίωση Μπορεί να έχω άλλη πάθηση; Είμαι 70 ετών

  • Καλησπέρα σας. Κάποιες φορές η ανταπόκριση είναι καθυστερημένη, αλλά ναι θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει άλλη πάθηση. Χρειάζεται προσεκτική επαναξιολόγησή σας από το ρευματολόγο
