Ρευματοειδής αρθρίτιδα

Είναι ρευματοειδής αρθρίτιδα με ANA 1/640 και πόνους σώματος;

Καλησπέρα! Έκανα εξετάσεις και βρέθηκαν ΑΝΑ αντισώματα 1/640 λεπτός στικτός, RA 14,1. anti-ccp 20,5 ΤΚΕ 25 Έχω Χασιμότο μόνο όμως αντισώματα. Έχω πόνους σε όλο το σώμα όχι όμως έντονους Το C3, C4 σε φυσιολογικά επίπεδα. Είναι ρευματοειδής αρθρίτιδα?
