Μπορεί η χρόνια προστατίτιδα να προκαλεί επιτακτική ούρηση και πρόωρη εκσπερμάτιση μετά από ουρηθροτομή;
Είμαι ασθενής 22 ετών ο οποίος διαγνώθει με στένωμα ουρήθρας για το οποίο χειρουργήθηκα με ανοικτή ουρηθροτομη πρόσφατα, αν και η επιτακτικότητα στην ούρηση μου παραμένει σε συνδυασμό με κάναμε περιστατικά πρόωρης εκσπερμάτισης μπορεί όλα αυτά να οφείλονται σε χρόνια προστατίτιδα
