Μπορεί να υπάρχει κακοήθεια αν ο μίσχος του πολύποδα φαίνεται φυσιολογικός;
Αφαίρεσα πολύποδα εμισχο 4εκ αιμορραγούσε ο μισχος φαίνονταν φυσιολογικός μπορεί να έχει εισχορησει εντός των ιστών εάν υπάρχει κακοήθεια καθότι ο μισχος φαίνεται φυσιολογικός ;

Στους έμμισχους πολύποδες, αξιολόγηση (στο βαθμό που μπορεί να γίνει από την ενδοσκοπική εικόνα) γίνεται με βάση την εικόνα που παρουσιάζει η κεφαλή τους. Παρόλα αυτά, ένας πολύποδας 4εκ. είναι αρκετά μεγάλος οπότε σε κάθε περίπτωση υπάρχει αυξημένος βαθμός επιφύλαξης μέχρι να βγει το αποτέλεσμα της βιοψίας.
